Morning front desk staff is excellent! very helpful and good manners

All the night staff are very disrespect full and very rude. was on the phone without mask and when i ask for a extend stay and to check on the availability both staff on the front desk was busy on the phone and saying no room tomorrow and cant check. i do understand tamil and one of the staff was telling the other staff dont have to stand and greet and she was not wearing mask. please check on your night staff and others all fine. thank you

The hotel is clean and tidy

I book 2 separate room with king size bed for my mom and my family...requested to have room side by side ..but on the day itself, i only got 1 room at level 1 and another one at level 5…this created struggle as i need to got down to 1st floor to visit my mom ..for access card wise, i requested another card for level 1 and level 5 so tht i can go down to meet my mom…at first one Chinese staff refuse to give for both room..she only provide for level 5 which makes me difficult to meet my mom..my mom has to got down to G floor and bring me to her room…the next day morning, i went and explain my struggle to one indian staff, and she immediately pass another access card .. i was puzzled why this chinese staff didn’t pass the card when i request earlier???

the hot water are not really functioning for the shower. please look into it

1. The check-in was easy and fast. 2. The room was super clean. Indoor slippers were provided along with toiletries. 3. Comfortable beds. 4. The breakfast was the highlight of the stay. 8 types of breakfast sets were available at the Bosses Cafe. There were variety of breakfast items along with tea, coffee, orange juice and milk. The portion of each breakfast set was big. The ambient at the cafe was very nice and pleasing as well. 5. Overall, the entire hotel was clean, comfortable and pleasant.

Love the amazing interior at lobby and also the clean room! Hotel is quite new and everything is well-maintained. Staffs are polite and there is disinfection before entering, good service. Great location with a lot of food choices nearby. Will come back again.

The only thing is that I feel too warm at my head & neck area, and hence didnt sleep comfortably during the night. Probably because of the pillow material because the room is actually very cold with the air-cond on.

The cafe serves best food, lots of selection and damn delicious. I’ve been stayed to a lot of hotel but i think this hotel serves the best breakfast. Its my 2nd or 3rd times staying at this hotel actually. Previously when i stay was during MCO 1.0 and 2.0, so no breakfast been provided. Even the receptionist call ask on the menu selection and inform that the breakfast time is ending. Plus, they have a really helpful guard to help parking at the hotel area. Room are excellent except for no windows (haha). Deco, food, price wise is great!!!

Parking only. But i do understand that the area have lots of restaurants. But don’t worry, got a really helpful guard help you to park (please tips him a-lot). He really helpful.

Good location if you need to stay on the mainland. For vacation, I would stay on the island. Breakfast was excellent. Good food and clubs nearby. Great inexpensive hotel for business travel. some rooms don’t have windows so be sure to check the description when booking. I actually liked the windowless room. It was really quiet.

As above, the location is good for mainland, not for vacationing.

The Bangladeshi doorman was one of the most responsible & courteous staff I have ever met. Not only that he gave us a warm welcome upon arrival, he also took care 2 of our cars throughout the night. The room cleanliness was top notch! Spotlessly clean! Comfy duvets and beds. The bathroom curtain, if I may suggest to change to a blockout curtain. The current curtain used was quite thin, you can see through when other is using the bathroom. Nevertheless, will choose Wesley Hotel again whenever I'm in BM.

Referring to the check-in staff at night time, he can be a little bit more well-trained in terms of hand gestures and tones used when speaking with guests.

clean. simple yet stylish design. online tv with netflix and youtube. our booking was modified date yet initially our room was not available but luckily they had back up room. but not a king sized bed. but after all its a good stay.

limited parking. heavy traffic.

The room is clean. Bed is also very comfortable.

I had a challenge finding parking near the hotel. Had to park in front of the foodcourt and had to make sure I leave in order not to get a summon.
