We Hotel Langkawi0

Ive stayed here for about 1.5 weeks over a few visits. It was clear, comfortable and bright. The counter staff were friendly,efficient and nice. A number of unexpected difficulties arose during my last visit here eg phone SlM card, Phone Bank App, clothes repairs, travel preparations,need for certain medications,arranging lifts,arranging taxis etc The Management guys couldnt have been more helpful with these matters and more. Ben was particularly good and could find out where everything could be accessed. Nothing was too much trouble here.

That I had to leave here. (that I couldnt stay longer)

Price is attractive, location is good if you going to cruise or diving, the jetty is near by. room & toilet are clean. good to have a room with window. Its a new building area.

no much food choices nearby, only oldtown restaurant below building. Have to make a big U-turn due to one way route in this area.

we stayed for 6nights in executive room, the room was spacious, easy parking lots, but need to buy the parking ticket on our own. they didn’t sell parking tickets at the hotel.

however for a suite, extra pillows and basic amenities like toothbrush must be provided.

The location was very convenient as it is near to the shopping district. Plenty of restaurants nearby to grab your food. Breakfast deal with old town was the biggest plus point for this hotel.

There is quite a number of hairs from the previous visitor in the room. The cleaning services can be improved

Lovely hotel with lovely staff! very close to the Langkawi Tower which is a must visit, it is only 7 months old but a great attraction in Langkawi! The hotel has aircon and good wifi

The location is in Kuah which is a quite part of the island, not much to do at night time, but some local bars and restaurants which were nice!

We liked our stay. Ben is so friendly and was really helpful and gave us good recommendations about places to visit, we loved it! Thanks to him we felt welcomed and had a pleasant stay in this hotel. About the room, it can be a little bit cleaner and fridge in the room would be good, but it's not critical.

For those who want a hotel near the jetty, this location is very strategic, near to Kuah town and Dataran Lang. Nearby to the Duty Free shops for shopping purposes. The distance to Cenang Beach is about 30-40 minutes by car. But the hotel itself is new and very clean. Breakfast is at the OldTown White Coffee downstairs.

Nothing much, if you already know that the Cenang beach is quite far from Kuah town.

The first room i checked in the room smell like cigarettes. Im guessing previous guest smoke in there since its a room without any window. but the staff manage to switch the room even late at night

Great location, comfort bedding maybe towel or bedsheet seems a bit stain.price expected , have fridge which is near to some night market
