1969 Business Suites

The staff's are very polite and friendly, humble and being respectful. We received very warm welcome during our check-in. Thank you for your concern. We were given complimentary coupons for high-tea, and that was spectacular with the cookies, cakes , drinks and many more. The breakfast also includes and it was nice.

The room was compact, small , and even the bathroom and toilet were side-by-side with the mattress. One can't have privacy in the toilet when someone else is on the bed. For that room price, i can get a bigger room even in Kuala Lumpur. Moreover, i just didn't like the pattern of the room and i didn't sleep well the night. If in your own house, your bed is just beside the toilet, would you sleep well ? What and how would you feel ?

We booked for 2 duplex room for business suites … starting from the check in, the process is smooth and the receptionist staffs were very friendly, polite and helpful. The elevator takes us to first floor where we were impressed by the decoration and design along the way to our room, we felt like we were inside the palace. The room was very beautiful, from the kitchen to the living room, bedrooms and bathroom. Everything that was inside the room left us speechless. The receptionist also accommodating our request for late check out and we felt very grateful for that. Also you’re entitled for complimentary high tea at their japanese cafe upon checked in. We had a buffet breakfast at their another restaurant, Cawanmu. The food tasted good but the portion is inadequate .

Breakfast service could be improved much more better. Breakfast starts at 7:30am to 1030am, imagine at 9am the food only left very few, and it takes forever for them to refill. When you ask, they will keep on saying please wait for a while…… When they refill, the portion only for 1-2 persons…

I booked chairman’s suite , the room was fantastic. Only thing was the heater was not working well . Other than that other facilities are very good. Front desk staff Ms En Qi is very kind and helpful

During I am and husband staying here we are happy and enjoying our short stay here. The room, the facilities and all of the environments are really satisfied. This butik Hotel are served you like at 5* Hotel.. I am very satisfied for everything.. We are receiving a complimentary Hi Tea at the noon and we having a brew coffee at the cafe and also we have received a complimentary tiger soft toys at our room which I sure at other butik Hotel will not give you all kinds of this. This butik Hotel are really recommended for you all to stay here..I would like to give 10*..I am staying here during CNY eve

The music band should always change the songs not only Chinese..they should sing the virety song.. Mostly English song.. All are good and nice.. Tq

It’s like you pay three star hotel and get five star service. I love the way how the staff treat customer which mades me feel so warm and cheer. Room is clean and neat, comfortable bed and there something special in the pillow, not sure what’s that but very nice to sleep with it. Electric plug port is very enough and build in very convenient location, two port each side of the bed too. I love the environment too which there’s in house restaurant just next to the lobby and at the night time there have live-band performances, the vibe is so great tho. Extra point is they serves complimentary tea/coffee and dessert at the afternoon time. Last but not least there’s a lot of parking lots out there and the hotel have a big parking park just less than one minute walk away. I’ve so much compliment for this hotel tho if you’re looking for staycation which is very suitable also, a lots restaurant just walking distance.

The toilet sink flow a bit slow but won’t float, don’t worries ~

Nasi lemak was special as they served it with generous amount of popcorn chicken. Although the sambal tasted abit weird, the other dishes (cheese stick bread and chicken porridge was tasty). Another thing was the kaya and the honey tasted abit weird too. But overall was satisfied with all the available food.

I did not like that the room i booked was way smaller in reality than when i was looking through the pictures on booking.com. Plus there was no fridge hence i was unable to store my fresh fruits conveniently.

The 1969 Business Suites is ranked as a 3 to 3.5 stars hotel. It is indeed good value for money. Never expected a complimentary hi-tea for two persons for this type of hotel. Even 4 to 5 stars hotels only provide welcome drinks. The room has a ceiling fan, a good option to those who cannot stand air-conditioners.

It is located at a shop lot block. Thus, no designated parking at the building for the hotel guests but they provide a walking-distance parking lots. Otherwise, guests will have to pay the parking fees to the local council. No windows for the booked room type, something that could not be observed from the photos when booking.

The staff are all friendly! I went to both branches. I wazed to the wrong 1969. Make sure you guys read the location properly from booking where you gonna stay. But both branches staff are all helpful! Love it! There’s also a complimentary hi-tea! Didn’t expect this. The room got iron. Breakfast is okay. It’s worth the money.

The sink is in the room. Whenever someone uses the tap water, it’s kind of disturbing. But okay la. Not really bad. Should have option for no breakfast for the room. Coz Ipoh is the heaven of food. Couldn’t waste not going to the breakfast provided by the hotel to other places 😂

Like the welcomenes of the bell boy ,been great with lemon water although the taste is already a bit tasteless while waiting for check in proses and he shows the way and give right away when we ask at my room if hotel provided sejadah. The interior is quite beautiful to my eyes and the design pretty new so the room is clean . The plug point is quite many for me to use at the room unlike previous hotel that I have visit. Been giving free complimentary hi tea despite already get free breakfast when I booking. The breakfast is quite okay , have a plenty choice but don't expect have variety like 5 star hotel have.

The room is not quite soundproof and at night will hear the noisy from band singing at lobby. Just will hear a little noisy only. The hi tea doesn't have much choice to pick and only given I free tea to drink and doesn't really like the tea because it contain peppermint

Wonderful hotel to stay. A boutique hotel which provide everytg. 1st after arrival they provide with complimentary high tea. Then they have 3 restaurants at this hotel which is western foods, asian foods and japanese.. Breakfast is just nice . They have everytg from carbs to protien.. Breakfast place is So peaceful.. highly recommended.. - Staff is very friendly and 5 star service which u get at the high end hotel.

-Hope they can improve the toilet cleanines especially the toilet bowl. - The bed sheet need to upgrade to new as it looks old abit..
