Very close to Shimbashi Station. Located in an area where there are plentiful of offerings of food and drinking places. Just like the other sites of the same name of this hotel chain rooms are typically small but serve its function and does meet the needs of guests. We booked our rooms fairly early and hence kept in touch with the hotel and informed them that we will be sending our luggages ahead from another city days before we arrived. On arrival and after checking in process which was fast and simple, we were told all our luggages are already in the room that are pre-allocated to us! And, on checking out the staffs also assisted and guided us to arrange for pick up and have our luggages delivered to the airport in advance. We were moving on to another city before flying off 2 days later. All in all we enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Direct access to Lawson which is just behind the hotel lobby.

Only 1 washer and 1 dryer! So can be challenging for those needing to do laundry. Can't put luggages under the bed. Interesting bathroom cum toilet - glass panel door and glass panel on the side of bathroom wall facing the bed with roll-up screen to provide privacy.

Clean hotel and room with basic amenities. We stayed here 2 nights before a cruise, as a group of 8 people (2 to each room). Lots of nightlife and izakayas around (so might not be good for families) but very convenient location with a Lawson convenience store connected to the hotel. Face masks, q-tips, tea, etc were provided in the lobby to cut down on room waste, which was appreciated. We liked the self check-in and check-out via kiosk. (Although it was annoying to type in the long booking.com confirmation # four times.) A transportation company I engaged faxed details to the front desk; front desk staff were kind enough to have it ready in a nice document protector when I returned to the hotel.

Rooms are very small but typical for japanese business hotels.

Great location in Shimbashi, very close to train station and restaurants. Tokyo Tower was about a 30min walk from the hotel (I always enjoy walking the streets and exploring, so this didn’t feel far for me). Hotel staff were lovely and tried very hard to communicate in full English sentences even though we were happy to use a translator app - they were always happy to help or answer questions :)

It’s a typical Japan hotel room, so very small - but this is to be expected. This isn’t a critique but a heads up, as unless you’ve stayed in a small hotel room, it might shock you just how small they actually are. But you’re not really in Japan to stay in the hotel room!

Great location- lots of night life around the area although at times it did look a little questionable. The hotel included easy access to the lawsons around the corner so we had access through the back of the store

Can't really fault it- it was the smallest room we had the entire trip which made the stay a little uncomfortable. Laundry facilities were very small however there was a laundromat within walkable distance. The bathroom was interesting... the bathroom door was clear and there was a window into the bathroom from the bedroom. There were blinds available however when using the bathroom at night, the light just beams right through the blinds into the bedroom

Great location near shimbashi station, from there it's very short distances to most Tokyo locations. Surrounded by izakayas and the historic new shimbashi building mall. Good authentic spot of Tokyo. Got a convenience store on the first floor. Staff are very friendly and helpful, even for japanese standards. Perfect for young solo or duo travellers. Probably less perfect for families because of the nature of some of the surrounding businesses. (Which on the flip side are a plus for people who enjoy drinking)

The in-hotel coin laundry was a bit dingy and the dryer made my towels reek. So only use that dryer for absolute emergencies and otherwise check out one of the coin laundries in the immediate area.

Locaction: Pretty close to the metro station! There's a coffee shop right outside of the hotel, and it turns into a bar at night. There's a convenience store on the first floor. Room: some dust near areas you might never touch except when you are looking for random places to put down your charger or phone. It's acceptable since it's not pricey anyway. Other main areas are clean, like the bed, toilet and the table. One thing to pay attention to: I had two pieces of luggage and the room is more suitable for solo travelers who have one medium-sized suitcase! I didn't really "dislike" this point. So I didn't put this under "What didn't you like" in my review.

Its a great location with lots of options for bars and restaurants within walking distance. The room is clean and has all the amenities which we need. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The Shimbashi train station is within walking distance to the hotel room.

The breakfast is very limited and it's the same menu every day. We were bored with the breakfast menu seeing the same stuff every day which has 4 same items daily. We stayed for 8 days and some days, we will skip breakfast because can't eat the same food every day.

The staff were very helpful, there were extra amenities such as phone chargers, hair dryers, toothbrushes and toothpaste and razors for shaving. Something I found really interesting was that it's connected to a Lawson's convenience store which is open 24 hours so you can easily go and get anything else that you might want. The Cafe / restaurant on the second floor always had fresh food and the staff were also very nice.

I think the only thing that was a problem was that the rooms didn't have a closet so we had to hang some clothes and the rest had to stay in the suitcases.

Facilities and location was great it was close to coin laundry, the station and the convience stores. I loved the lighting in the room. In our bathroom door there was a roller blind with blood stains on it and that was pretty off, other than that everything was great. The staff are quote friendly and accommodation from the front desk to house keepers

Wished the bed was a little bigger, I wished there was a take away option for breakfast. A bit more shelf space would be better too.

The staff was so helpful and responsive to our questions from even before we arrived. While we were there they treated us kindly especially as we knew very little Japanese. Saiko at the front desk even helped us with reserving taxis. The rooms were exactly what we needed. Clean. Basic. And safe. Breakfast was lovely and the staff there were always cheerful and welcoming. I stayed there with my adult children, my younger daughter, and my elderly uncle. We all enjoyed ourselves! And you could not beat the value for your money.

Nothing. It was perfect for our needs.
