Conrad Tokyo

Amazing rooms. Fantastic pool and day spa. Beautiful views from the bar. The staff were so friendly and helpful. it was very close to public transport.

Having to pay for Wi-Fi.

Executive floor breakfast was fine, but not a big splash. Great view from here and from cocktail bar. Room great, bath area huge. Bed comfortable. Good general service.

Check in and check out rather slow. Felt like a schlep to get to room. Lift from ground floor to reception and another walk to a different lift then another walk to room. Lifts often quite a long wait. Off putting reservation system for hotel restaurants with no easy to understand published menus.

Exquisite stay at Conrad. Hotel and room were spotless and facilities were all open. Spa was refreshing. Staff were especially helpful throughout the stay (Thank you Ms. Hanako [Concierge] for all the recommendations and help with bookings). Locations not far from Ginza and directly connected to main JR and metro station so moving around Tokyo was a breeze. Room was generous in size with excellent views.

Breakfast selection was very limited for a 5 star hotel and all egg dishes were locked behind a menu where you you could only order one dish per breakfast.

Lovely rooms, although we were not on the imperial garden /bay side so not a brilliant view. Lots of space, well-appointed with every conceivable amenity and a lovely bathroom. Staff organised early-morning taxis vey efficiently. There is fabulous swimming pool on the 26/27th floor - bring your swimming cap. Staggering views on the south-western side for afternoon tea or the bar. The staff were helpful and very pleasant.

We would have preferred the other view but it seems to churlish to complain.

I wish there was free wi-fi in the rooms!

First off, the bed was one of the most comfortable my wife and I have ever experienced -- we wished we could have taken it home with us. The view from our room of the Hama-Rikyu Teien gardens and harbor area was fantastic. Service was friendly and professional, and they kindly left a small gift for my wife in our room (it was her birthday).

I think it's a bit ridiculous to charge extra for Wi-Fi (or otherwise mandate that guests join the Hilton Honors program to get it for free). Any cheap backpacking hostel in a developing country would supply Wi-Fi gratis, so this extra charge/obligation felt like penny-pinching to me.

The view from the lobby and restaurants and room were incredible. The pool was just beautiful and 25m! perfect for a proper swim. The food far exceeded our expectations in restaurants and the bar. Great breakfast, beautiful rooms and great service from all the staff

It is not cheap, but was well worth it!

BreaKfast spread is excellent . Room view is fantastic facing to see Tokyo Sky tower walking short distance to Tisuiji market

The room was comfortable, the breakfast was plentiful and the staff we encountered were friendly. Service at dinner was a little slow, not sure if that was due to a staffing issue or standard for the restaurant.

Our expectations were met. This was a pre-cruise visit, which we learned doesn't occur at the Conrad too frequently.

I loved how kind all the staff were. I also like the food and how all the staff worked as hard as they can for the best of the hotel.

I know there are covid restrictions… but i wished we could eat fries or something else while swimming in the pool ;D
