The staff were always lovely when coming and flowing, as well as tolerant to our baby who is babbling at the moment while learning to talk.

I'm pretty tall 6.2/3, I have 3cms space above my head on the bad and my feet were flat against the wall on the other side of the room/bed.

Staff members made sure guests have comfortable stay and encourages feedbacks if necessary. Although rooms are small (very typical of the hotels in the area), the rooms have all the amenities to make the stay comfortable. Wifi is Wifi6 and so is very fast. It's also very close to the new airport limousine bus station.

Not really. Hope the hotel has laundry room to wash sweaty summer clothes.

Location of the Hotel. Close to Family Mart 7-11, restaurants and walking distance of Shinjuku Station. Room is always clean and we always have new sets of towels and bottles of water.

There is no air-conditioning that we can adjust the temperature to a colder set point. There were days where we felt so hot coming from a day's activities but cannot make the the room cooler.

I took a side trip for a few days. they keep my luggage before my next reservation. so helpful! hotel is at a great location. close to Korean town and airport shuttle(3 minutes walk).

room is TINY. although I heard it’s common in Tokyo.

I like that everything was within walking distance, food, shopping, convenience stores. Hotel is very clean! The breakfast buffet is good value. This is a great budget hotel that gives you a clean place to stay while touring Tokyo.

Rooms are very small. We were family of 5 so my girls were in one bedroom, my husband in another and my son and I in another. Please note that although this is a red light district, it is safe. There will be drunk people and the streets with litter from a night of partying & drinking from the night before. This is also directly in front of the hospital so not for the light sleeper as you will hear party people screaming and the sirens from the ambulance that you can block with white noise.

Good location, jut off the mainroad, multiple convenience stores in walking distance and within walking distance to both Shinjuku and Shin-Okubo stations (5-10 mins each). Really helpful staff who helped us with our first day in Tokyo!

The location is just at the start of Kabukicho (the "entertainment" district), so when you walk out in the mornings towards Shinjuku station you'll see people stumbling around after a night of partying. Also, at night, there's a security guard stationed at the hotel entrance, and while we didn't ever see anything untoward happen at the hotel, this makes me feel like there may be some things to be wary of late in the night.

Hotel was a very good price considering how close to Christmas it was! Cheapest in the area by a long shot. Clean and comfortable - exactly what you're looking for. No frills but you don't expect any. Bed was very comfy.

I didn't specifically not like it, but the location isnt fantastic! It's very near to Shinjuku and Shin-Okubo station, so regarding the transport links it's fine - but really in the heart of Kabukicho with a lot of host clubs and surrounded by love hotels. I was a single female traveller and was never bothered nor did I feel unsafe - but it's not for the more sensitive person.

My partner and I stayed at HOTEL PREMIER CABIN SHINJUKU for 5 days and 4 night. LOCATION: The hotel has everything you could ask for. It's situated only 3-5 minutes walk from the busy alleys and streets of Shinjuku. # It is situated 10 minutes away from 2 of the famous drinking alleys (Omoide Yochoko and Golden Gai). # It is only 10-12 minutes away from Shinjuku Station. One of the main areas to board the express bullet trains and a main local train connection hub. HOTEL FACILITIES: It has recently been renovated and is in pristine condition. As expected, the rooms in Tokyo are fairly small compared to other parts of the world. I am a 6 foot 2 man and I had no problems with the size of the bed of the height of the shower. The height of the shower was just enough for me to get the shower head over my head. The bathroom is definitely cozy but I could easily sit on the bathtub edge and shave etc. The bed was super comfortable. We had a room on the 5th floor and we couldn't hear much street noise. They provide you with all the basic toiletry facility from shaving cream to toothbrush and toothpaste. You get fresh towels every second day and they clean your room when you put a sign out on the door. Overall the room offers more than what you'd expect for the price you pay. BUFFET BREAKFAST: For a cheap price of 1500 yen, you get an amazing spread of western as well as traditional Japanese breakfast options. We had breakfast at the hotel all 4 days as most shops in Tokyo doesn't open till 8-10am whereas the buffet is open from 7am onwards. There was so many options to choose from and they had different additions everyday. You can clearly conclude that im totally smitten by the Hotel and would definitely love to be back again.
