Comfort Hotel Tokyo Higashi Nihombashi

Staff are welcoming. Some can converse in English and assist in self check-in. There is a 7-Eleven on the first floor of the building. Cleaning is available every day; if "do not disturb" is affixed, towels will be provided at the door every day. There is a coffee bar/library on the second floor after the breakfast hours. There is a JR station underneath the hotel that can connect travelers with the rail hub at Tokyo Station or can reach as far as Yokohama and Kamakura. Wi-Fi connection is decent and stable

Take note that in winter, the air conditioner will be put to centralized control and will operate as a heater instead. The room can be a bit dirty, though cleaning is available every day if needed. While there is a JR Line underneath the hotel that runs from Narita Airport, there is no elevator or escalator to ground level at that station; those with large luggage are advised to use Higashi-Nihombashi Station (served via Keisei/Asakusa Line from Airports)

The complimentary breakfast was really good, though the space could be a bit crowded at certain times; The room was small but doable for 2 people (and 3 bags: 2 small and 1 big); Conviniently located to some major subway and JR lines to get anywhere; Quiet neighbourhood

The location is good [Quiet but Safe] and easily accessible by Higarashi Nihombashi Station - [Toei Asakusa Line], Bakuro Yokohama Station [Toei Shinjuku Line], Kodenmacho Station [Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line] & Bakurocho Station [JR Sobu Line] The train connections from these 4 stations will bring you to all the famous attractions and Airport in Tokyo. Bakuro Yokoyama Station can lead you to Narita Airport and Higarashi Nihombashi Station can lead you to Haneda Airport. Breakfast is simple but enough for us to start off the day. They provide 24 hrs free coffee & tea and drinking water [no refilling your bottle, only use the paper cup provided] at the breakfast/mini library area. In the room, their tap water is drinkable and they have a electrical kettle to boil water if you need hot water. 7-11 is next door so convenient if you need snacks etc.

I can't complain much since I know most hotel are small in Tokyo. The bed is good enough for the 2 of us. We need to maneuver our walk in the room when both our 28 inches luggage bag is fully opened hahahaha [Limited walking space] So we learn to manage as the days goes by ~

A compact room as general Japanese hotel but with all facilities you would need for a stay plus with a step just next to JR Bakurocho Exit A4 is perfect. Anyway if you have luggage, it’d better to get off at Higashi-Nihombashi Exit B4 with elevator and walk to hotel in about 5-10 mins. Buffet Breakfast is good mix of Japanese and Western style.

Cozy room and great bed and ammentities.

Breakfast was very good but you need to ask for a ticket one night before. Sometimes I arrived too tired and went diectly to my room so I lost the chance for having breakfast next day. Fridge is not very cold..

We liked the room and beds, enjoyed view of Tokyo Tower. We requested and received extra pillows. Breakfast was best on our Japan trip. Amenities were good. Handy to have library lounge available 1000-2400h.

No closet space.

The staff were terrific (friendly and helpful). The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The room was comfortable and clean. It was a great place to stay

Fairly convenient to metro/train lines. There is a direct train to Haneda AP about 4 blocks from hotel. Room was modern and clean. Staff were pleasant. Included breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold choices. You can also walk through Asakusa up to the Sensoji Temple in about 30 minutes. If you are getting to the hotel by metro, you can exit on exit 4 and come out right at the hotel. The only problem is there is no elevator at that exit so we had to carry all our bags one by one up to long flights of stairs to get to the street. There is another exit about 4 blocks away with an elevator. We were there for 4 nights.

As is typical of Tokyo hotels in this price range, the rooms are small, and no room for luggage storage. The bed is against the wall on one side so one person needs to crawl over the other to get up during the night. We expected a small room so we adapted and managed OK, even with lots of luggage.

Location is superb! It is literally above the JR Bakurocho train station (Sobu Line). It is 5 minutes walk to Asakusa Line, 8 minutes to Hibiya Line, and 10 minutes to JR Asakusabashi. Trains are literally on every direction. Breakfast is really good! It offers enough spread for our 10 days stay. One of the rooms we booked has a direct view of Sky Tree which is amazing. Hotel offers free use of the Library Cafe which has tea, coffee, and ovens!

Room is tiny. I can't open even one bag unless I move the trash can. Regardless, it is something workable for me. Elevators are really busy, it stops in almost all floors most of the time.

The property is right next to Bakurocho Station (JR Line) and near to Asakusabashi (8mins) & Higashi nihonbashi (6mins) stations. This is why we are so glad to have stayed in this hotel. It is accessible. The rooms we got are enough for 2 people (we got 2 rooms for 4 people). Our rooms are tidied up everyday. We were given fresh towels each day. Very clean facilities. The breakfast area is compact and well organized. Complimentary drinks, sleeping wear and toiletries is a plus. Also, 7/11 is just beside the hotel. Lawson and plenty of Japanese restaurants and fast food chains are just few minutes of walk away. The staff are friendly and welcoming. They even assisted us with the stuff that we want to send to my aunt in yokosuka. In addition to that, weighing scale for our luggages is available at the lobby which is so helpful for us. Furthermore, for those who would like to leave their luggages, there are available coin lockers at the hotel. Ultimately, our stay here is very worth its price, even exceeded out expectation! We will definitely come back here if given a chance.
