The location was great! Very central and close to many things The fact that we had an apartment was so nice and comfortable. Check-in was easy, and I was able to set up a driver to pick us up from the airport with the messaging app (at an additional cost, of course), but it was super convenient. This location is right in the center of many shops and restaurants, we were able to walk to major train stations super fast..

We arrived at night and at 1st sight the area looks very bad/dangerous. We were assured by the driver it was not a bad area, and that we had nothing to worry about! And he was right. We never felt unsafe. Now you do see some things that may not make you feel comfortable, but we were a group of girls and we were walking around at 12am amd didn't feel threatened at any point, ever.

The place is very nice, spacious and clean, with all the necessary in the bathroom and in the small kitchen. Situated in the old town, we've had shops and restaurants near by, and the metro was max 5 min walk. Right next to the building there is a specialty coffee shop, with a very good coffee. They gave us the opportunity to store our luggage, which helped us a lot, as we had flight in the evening.

We had an inconvenient with the heat, in the first night was very cold, around 18 degrees, we tried to increase the temperature from the thermostat but with no success. In the second night I sent a message to the host and they said that the heating is centralized and they checked and everything seems to be ok, but the temperature was the same with no improvements. After several insistences, I asked them to check again, and during the night the temperature started to rise and it was ok, around 24 degrees. All the situation was a little bit strange, I had the impression that the temperature was intentionally kept at a lower level, but being winter was not a good feeling.

Apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. We were a family of 5 (with 3 teenagers) and we all slept comfortably in the apartment. It was helpful having the cooktop/oven and a fridge as well as the washing machine and portable clothes-stand. Location was also very central. Emi, our hostess, was friendly and helpful. It's around a 10-15 minute drive from the Genova Piazza train station (we caught a cab which should cost you around 20-30 Euro).

The studio was quite spacious with a kitchenette + dining table; a nice couch to watch tv; a small writing desk; sleeping area, and bathroom. Fully equipped; fridge/ microwave/ stove/ washing machine/ iron/airco/ coffee maker/ even stuff to wash the dishes. Lots of room for our stuff. We spent a week but easily could have spent longer. 4th floor so we were happy that there was an elevator. Great location close to Metro San Giorgio. The neighborhood looked a but dangerous on streetview (small dark alleys) but in reality it was fine.

We had some issues with the wifi but the owner was very understanding and kept helping with adding new networks when the existing ones failed. For the rest it was a great place to stay.

It is really a good place to stay in Genova. The studio is situated in the old town just by the Porto Antico. All of the main sightseeing places are round the corner. The place is clean, comfortable for the stay of four people (even the sofa bed is big and comfortable). The studio holds all of the equipment needed for a short stay. It was clean, the ladies clean it every day. I would definitely recommend it for the stay in Genova. The big public parking is just in the Porto Antico, it is quite expensive, but the studio gives a discount, so it is a nice gesture. And a bonus to the place is the pesto place downstairs (we understood that it is quite famous, because we saw tourists come just to try their homemade pesto in mini focaccias).

Great location, cute and very clean apartment, good value for money, at least for 3 people. The communication with the property was good with an exception - see below.

Be very carefull with parking and double check with the owner!!! There was a misunderstanding with the parking that cost me approx. 9 euro more/day and that could have been easily avoided if the parking info would have been correct from the start. When I double checked with property I realized that the staff member that waited for us when we arrived, late evening, had sent us to the wrong parking and the property did not have a discount card there…

Great location. Large studio with most of what is needed.

Couch looked great but was uncomfortable to sit on. Air conditioning was advertised but centrally controlled so unusable. Thankfully a dehumidifier was available to use or the room would not have been tolerable. Mosquitos and noise precluded opening windows at night. Could use a few more kitchen items like a large bowl for salads. Coffee nespresso maker was available but only 4 pods of coffee provided for 2 people for 8 days.

The location is good, and also the decoration is super modern as the apartment seems recently refurbished

There is very little light as the apartment faces the inner building, and the humidity is very present! Mattresses and floor were wet throughout our stay. Also WiFi signal is very weak. Second pair of keys would be helpful as they are linked to electricity supply and the 4 of us needed to agree on schedules.

The location was fantastic. A short walk from the parking, with lots of useful shops nearby. It was quiet too. I was worried that it might be noisy, staying in the city centre on a Saturday night, but it seemed like we were the only ones there! Basic soap was provided and all the things in the kitchen for preparing basic food. Nice fluffy, good size towels in the bathroom, and plenty of loo roll!

The woman who received us was very friendly and polite, gave all instructions, the parking lot discount and tips about places, trains and restaurants. The apartment was big enough for 4 people, well equipped, very clean and comfortable, the sofa bed turned into a real bed. The location was perfect, inside old town and close to underground station. I asked to use a washing machine, and a staff washed for us very nicely :)
