Hotel Bel Soggiorno

The location is amazing, in the center, walking distance to the main interest points. It is very clean, is recently renovated, it is spacios. We stayed in a triple room, with two balconyes, beautifull view to the main street.

It is a lot of noise from the street, the bus is very loud, very hard to sleep at night. The breakfast is the same every day, poor and is missing a lot of things like vegetables, omlette, but the coffe is good

Very clean room and bathroom with excellent air conditioning. Friendly staff. Good location.

The breakfast. Not that it was bad, but not briliant either. Mostly that the dining area where breakfast was served, is too small for the amount of guests. This means: empty plates, waiting for coffee etc. Friendly staff made up for this, for sure.

Great location-1 min walk bus station/hop on bus , located on the shopping street XX Settembre. 5-10 mins walk to city center, 15 mins walk to Port Clean! AC- very helpful in july room and bath size okay building has elevator breakfast was ok but every day the same -very good coffee, fruits, boiled eggs, tomatoes, cold cuts, pastry, jam and butter

not very soundproofed, there was a couple with a <6 months baby in the nearby room and we could hear the baby crying at 12 in the morning as if it was in our own room! very loud..

The location was excellent. Close to the train station and most attractions in Genoa. The room was clean and quiet, spacious for the twin selection. All the hotel staff members were very friendly and kind, especially the ladies at the reception and the dining area. We were allowed to check in early, our room being ready upon arrival.

The breakfast is not very varied and the twin beds are very narrow. Body towels were not changed during the entire stay.

The location is good. The hotel is on a very smart shopping street and in a good,safe area. There are restaurants and bars nearby. The rooms (our group had 3 rooms) were quiet, modern and very clean. Breakfast is very good value for money and in a pleasant room. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

There is a discounted car park across the street which is safe but access in and out of the car park is challenging as it is so narrow and steep with a right angled bend at the bottom.

Excellent location within the city center and walking distance to the main railway station. Just next to market with a good food court with reasonable prices.

The hotel is located on the 1st floor in a large building with other apartments above. The main door is locked after a certain time in the evening. Would suggest that a large notice should be put up at the reception desk and remind guests to obtain a key for the door access to prevent being locked out in the night.

The location is perfect, very close to the railway station but at the same time extremely close to the main city center (Piazza Ferrari and Piazza Matteotti). Nearby there is a big variety of evey kind of shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets etc. Next to a beautiful church and to the Oriental Market. Very close you can also find, Brera express self service where you can eat delicious but cheap italian food. The hotel is in the first floor, extremely easy to find. There is a very nice and old lift. The staff is very efficient and kind. They gave us a map of the city with all the necessary information. Everything is extremelly new and clean, the room , the bathroom, the reception.. The breakfast was very satisfactory If i visit Genova again, I will certainly come back in this hotel

Staff were great and the room was great. The breakfast was good, and the fruit was amazing but then the market is about three doors down. Although next door to a church you find you don't mind the bells ringing it added a nice bit of character to the whole experience, shut the windows and you can hardly hear anything. Not too far from the station either being halfway between the station and the old town.

Great location for sightseeing, train station, restaurants etc and open top bus stop just a few steps away. Very clean premises with an extremely comfortable bed. No noise despite being on a busy street. Friendly staff. Felt safe with the outdoor buzzer system for access in the evenings. Would stay again and recommend to others
