Prime Plaza Hotel Sanur – Bali

The rooms were spacious and well appointed. loved the peaceful gardens and the pool winding through the centre. the staff were friendly, helpful and made the stay so lovely.

It was a little too far to walk to the shopping and restaurant centre of Sanur. Having said that, a taxi ride was easy, quick and cheap.

location was great after getting off the boat from Nusa Penida. it’s spacious and open and feels luxurious. Even before finishing the checkin we got welcome drinks and staff was getting ready to help us carry our stuff. plenty of parking available.

there was some noice of things flapping in the wind at night and regularly people walked around yelling in bahasa, I assume staff. even during the night. luckily we slept through most of it.

Within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Clean and comfortable room.Amazing pool and very friendly staff. Highly recommended.

If anything the bathroom could get an upgrade.

Good location 5 mins from beach. The room is a good size and has everything you need, while the pool was huge, though commandeered by kids most of the day.

Beautiful property with very comfortable accommodations in the heart of Sanur and a short ride from the airport! If you are looking for a hub or a place to land once in Bali and get a good nights sleep this is it! The food offers so many choices and the Balinese culture is on full display from the welcoming music to the lush gardens and pool. Spa offers great massages and the people were delightful and helpful from start to finish!

Only the showers need some attention as the rain shower heads, while lovely, spray too far out and flood the bathroom floor. Perhaps longer shower curtains (to the floor) or some type of glass door needs to be added to prevent that from happening as it takes up lots of towels to mop up the mess. It clearly shows that the shower pressure is WONDERFUL and you will enjoy a wonderful shower!!

We only stayed here one night as we flew in too late to catch a boat over to Lembongan. It was perfect for that, as the hotel is only about 500m from the harbour and check out was 12 pm. which worked well with our 2pm boat. I wouldn't consider staying here for an extended holiday, that's not to say that the hotel is not nice, but it's location is not as good as many other options. Facilities are very good and the staff are super friendly and attentive. Breakfast was excellent, with many options.

The beds are quite firm, but that's normal in Bali. We had dinner in the hotel as we were tired from travelling all day from 3am. that morning. I have to be honest..and I very rarely complain about my food.....the pork ribs I had were probably the worst I've ever had in Bali.. very small serve, and a lot of fat. My wife enjoyed her meal though and the staff couldn't be faulted.

The hotel was absolutely lovely and clean. The staff were all amazing too and prepared our room for us with honeymoon treats. The pool was nice but it was inbetween the high buildings so you had to move around it to chase the sun a little. The breakfast was buffet style - it was ok but generally just about warm.

It could have been a hotel anywhere in the world, it wasn't very 'Bali' so it lacked the culture feel for us compared to other places and the breakfast was buffet style so luke-warm at best for most of it. The bed was really hard so wasn't very comfortable.

The rooms were clean and spacious. Toiletries were made available and a big bottle of water was provided daily which was appreciated. The check in and checkout was very efficient and seamless. Breakfast was good but could include more continental options. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great.

The walls are rather thin and soundproofing could be better. I had trouble sleeping throughout my stay as I could clearly hear my neighbours talking and walking along the corridor.

This hotel is fine for a couple days. But we recommend avoiding any longer stay as the hotel charges the entire cost of your stay on arrival This says a lot of about the hotel's view of its clients and also the type of clients In 4 weeks staying in Bali this was the only hotel to make guests pay up front.

There is no mention on websites of taking the entire charge up front so avoid this hotel except for short stays especially as overall it is expensive for its room size and breakfast

A good hotel, clean with friendly staff and good restaurants, great breakfast.

It’s position was not good, awkward walk to beach on busy road, too far from good beaches. Shower in bath not good, awkward to get in easily for older patrons.
