Room is spacious and clean, relatevily new. Mall with different cafes nearby. Welcoming staff. Pretty quiet.

Very slow Wi-Fi No windows Nowhere to go, nearby neighbourhood is poor and looks dangerous Laundry service is free and unmonitored; someone stopped dryer, took off my still wet clothes and replaced them with his. Aircon ventilators are placed on top of the room floor, seems like something has broken. Every half an hour or so, depending on aircon use by other guests, those ventilators were turning on, working for about 5-10 minutes and then stopping with very, and i mean very, loud bang-like noise, like the fan was hitting something. Problem perstisted through the nights.

kind staff, comfortable beds, really clean, coffee and tea in the bedroom, nice desk to work, very close to the hotel with lots of options of restaurants

if you are visiting Jakarta for tourism is a bit far from main attractions (40-50 minutes) and a bit far from airport (1hour)

- The hotel is beside / one building to the City plaza Jatinegara, which is easy to find the foods and other stuff in the mall/supermarket available in City Plaza Jatinegara. - Available self laundry

- The bathroom door made from glasses and without lock, the kids can open it during shower or during defecate - No swimming pool. - No breakfast available / no restaurants - The room size with double bed is not big as Single bed.

kind staff with clear communication. we were able to check in late (after a long flight). hotel is next to a mall with food hall - all different types of food available. I chose the hotel for its location in Jatinegara since I needed to be there. there’s not much hotels around, for the price this was very good value.

room didn’t have any natural sunlight (window faces an indoor space). not sure if this applies to all rooms though.

At first i didn't have a high expectation because i paid a cheap price, but i was surprised because the room has a complete facilities. There are hot water, towel and hairdryer in the bathroom. There are slipper and electric kettle with tea and coffee bag. The bed is clean and comfortable.

The view outside the window is a fake plant inside a small room. But i guess it's better than having no window at all.

Location very good, big mall right next to it. Room and shower were good.

No need to book breakfast, because it was not very good. I didn't expect breakfast to be brought in a box to the room. Turns out there is no restaurant for breakfast at the hotel.

The facility staff are very nice, helpful and polite. Room service is excellent. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good. Room service is neat.

The location can be a bit far away if you have to go to central jakarta. But at this price, nobody can complain.

The hotel located in same area of the mall so, very much option for food and there is supermarket and pharmacy store as well. The great things they provided laundry room with iron.

The noice from coridor was quiet loud

free washing machine and dryer including the provided detergent, the room was nice, free water when we asked for it

cigarette smell in the hallway, dangerous location (told by local taxi driver) - but conveniently close to the train station

Great staycation on east Jakarta, the whole room is clean and perfumed, all staff did a health protocols to anticipate covid-19. I'm very like the vertical garden view from the window. Very recommended!

Maybe the staff must checking the electric kettle, it has dust on it and the inside is also dirty. And hotel management should be consider to make the TV Channel more variative, so the guest feel more chill on the room.
