The Westin Jakarta

1. Very comfort bed and sofa bed 2. Room. It was always clean and and interior make us feel homey. Thanks to Mr. Bayu & Ms. Virgi (both created cute elephant from towels that make our children happy) or other cleaners who kept our room always clean. Also have very good view from our high floor 3. Breakfast (a lot of variety at seasonal tastes 51st floor, while also comfy at westin 65th floor with quieter place). At room dinner also tasty. 4. Swimming pool. Although not too big, but very good health protocol. You need to book it first before swimming, so not too many people. And it's warm water pool

This was my second times of staying at Westin for my birthday celebration. The reception was great and very informative. I eventually got a complimentary of upgraded to premium king room. (After my telephone to Westin reservation team prior to my checking in). I found that they again gave me the same hotel room exactly same as my previously stay at year 2021. The birthday cake was surprised me when I checked in hotel room. Excellent services! The cityscape was brilliant day and night. Will definitely come back!

The breakfast choices were less attractive of my staying this time. I felt quality was slightly different when my first time visited on year 2021. Hope the hotel catering could have a regular reviews to reflect on their menu on breakfast buffet especially in a 5 star hotel like Westin.

Phenomenal location, not only in the heart of Jakarta but also at the highest point in Indonesia. The panoramic views were gorgeous, absolutely stunning. The bedding was perfection. Food was great. The Staff were all professional and polite, incredibly helpful and accommodating. Ms. Yolanda at Reception was truly exceptional, highly skilled in the forgotten art of customer service. She is certainly an asset to the Hotel. Ms. Leonitha with concierge was also very helpful. I certainly hope to have the opportunity to stay here again soon.

The room and the club lounge are superb. really clean, well equipped, and spacious.

A. the swimming pool is too small and chaotic, impossible to do decent lap as they allow children and infant in the same space. B. the restaurant, seasonal taste is so uncomfortably crowded..

Staff for baggage at downstair lobby, and service express perfect really appreciate and receptionist hmm not bad

Everything.. Nice staff, good facilities, wonderful view from the room, the hotel even gave us free upgraded room since it was our 18th wedding's anniversary, special swan towel's made decoration n free delicious cakes. Thank you so much for made our anniversary the best ever.

Great services especially the receptionist Named Miss Lalita! She has had accommodated us so well during the check in process. I was actually spending a day in the hotel for my birthday and the hotel has also arranged surprisely and given me a birthday cake as for my greetings! Thank you very much for such a good hospitality and services, surely had been my unforgettable birthday memories this year. Definitely I will come back again!

The view from our room was outstanding. The bed was very comfortable. We also enjoyed the food and drinks served at the club lounge, as well as the breakfast buffett. All and all a very exceptional stay.

The pool was very small and too shallow. The gym could be bigger.

The "angels" at the front desk are so helpful and provide good advices to move around.

improve on the payment system at the spa - they are not able to charge to all my 3 credits cards :)

+ Got corner room with nice city view. Room was big enough, breakfast was nice eventhough we couldn't take it ourself at the buffet. Menu was given with quiet various options. Ordered inroom dining the Tiramisu was delicious.

- Room insulation could here other guest from corridor. swimming pool for a 5 star hotel could be better
