+ Location was okay. The hotel is near to the main road and a highway. The hotel entrance was tricky to find since it faced a residential street. + Hotel style is young and environmentally friendly. + Got a standards room, and the first one I noticed is there is no mineral water bottle in the room. Instead, they provide a kettle, and you can get water at the mineral water dispenser in the hall, which they give every 5 meters. I think this is an excellent step for reducing plastic waste. + Bedroom size was okay, and the cleanliness is good. Fit enough for me and my luggage. + Bathroom amenities were good, and they provided a unique toothbrush made of wood. + Staff was friendly and helpful.
- Bathroom was okay, but the shower can make the dry area wet. - Didn't taste the breakfast as I checked out early to do some work nearby. I found everything okay with this hotel, so there's not much to complaint

access to the hotel by car was via a back road and on weekends the walking access to the main road and shops is closed by a gate across the road, meaning that you have to walk about 1.2 km to get to the local shops instead of 300 to 400 meters.

Check in process was so long..i booked 5 rooms..i came at 3 pm because check in supposed at 2 pm..but i just got a key room at 4 pm..wait for an hour

Need more amenities like soapbar & head cover, the staff called and offered help, we asked for soap bar. Never coming.. Tea & coffee only for one person. The water jug is dirty, so we asked the cleaning service lady for another clean one
