Hotel Biltmore

This was our second time staying at Hotel Biltmore and our second time loving it. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I asked for extra towels and they were brought up immediately. The gentleman that helped bring our bags to the room was SO very professional and polite. I asked the front desk staff if I could email them my bus tickets to be printed and they very kindly obliged. Breakfast is phenomenal at The Biltmore. The waitstaff is incredibly attentive, always checking to make sure that the food is fresh and in good supply. They offer to take your plates when you're done, and one gentleman offered to make my coffee for me. All of the staff performed their duties with pride and professionalism.

Staff were really kind and gentle, they were always available to help us. Room was comfortable. The location is excellent malls, attractions etc, are minutes away.

Breakfast was good but there were not many options, I visited in December and we had pancakes, waffles, different type of eggs, so this time I wouldn't give it an excellent. We found dirty clothes and containers still with food,from a previous guest under the bed.

Lovely staff. Nice breakfast. Comfortable beds. We had trouble with the in-room safe and they fixed it right away.

They are redoing the hotel so there was no bar or business center or pool at the moment but they did offer us use of the nearby Westin pool.

Large and comfortable room with two double beds. Kind and helpful english speaking staff. Breakfast was good.

Traffic in Guatemala is disastrous. We arrived in the evening around 6pm and it took almost 40 minutes to drive the last 2kms! Not the hotels fault but make sure you leave enough time.

Great customer service always friendly staff

On this trip I did 2 bookings The first one I was on 4th label for some reason water in the shower was nice and hot second week I was on label 2 water wasn’t hot

The pillows were Okay, but a little thick to my taste, I'd prefer having one soft and the other hard.

Location is great about 10 minutes in a cab to the airport . The staff are friendly and helpful and there’s a bar and restaurant adjacent to the hotel .

The restaurant was expensive . For example a glass of red wine 70 qz and a tiny amount of wine in the glass

The location is good, near restaurantes and night life but also quite and cozy

The breakfast buffet quality can be improved. Is not necessary to have a lot of options but the food needs more taste.

It was very comfortable and the location is good. The breakfast was great. Overall, it was good value for money.

The shower was sometimes cold. I had the same issue in two different rooms.
