Beautiful location, nice room, very clean and comfortable. Amazing breakfast and friendly staff

When I was checking-in, the lady at the reception couldn't find my reservation because she didn't understand my name. Instead of working together to find the reservation, she shrugged her shoulders ("we don't have you on the list") and asked me to move aside to serve other customers. Very unprofessional. The rest of the staff was great!

The staff was very friendly and the hospitality they've displayed (from reception to restaurant, across all over the facility) was nothing but excellent. The breakfast was having a great variety even including gluten-free bread and musli options although I haven't requested them prior to my arrival. The view of the restaurant, the sincere atmosphere and the people made my 1 night stay a memorible one. Thank you everyone for everything!

Out of town, over looking a lake. Only two eateries outside the hotel that we had to explore as the Hotel’s restaurant was closed for two days. One a little efficious the other only keen only to take cash, although they did take the card in the end. 5km from Fussen which we didn’t explore. Good breakfast. A nice stay in a rural setting.

No restaurant when we were there but we did know about this when we booked. Rural = quiet

Perfect wellness getaway for a family with small children. With the wellness facilities within the building, we could sneak away for an hour or two while the lil one taking his nap. The room is clean and very spacious. We booked a family room with about 35qm space. There's a dining area and a sofa bed. Baby cot is included in the room price. You have to request for it when you book for the room. Highlight for us: The heated pool so that our lil one can swim with us without freezing. Secondly, lake nearby. It's walking distance with wonderful view and a great playground for the lil one. We will definitely come back!

The house really impressed with its Bavarian Charme and especially the view towards the mountains. It‘s traditional with modern rooms and exactly what we wanted for a short getaway. Our highlights were the friendly staff, the view, the spa area and the breakfast. Especially the receptionist was warm and welcoming. We loved the saunas and the pool.

Everything was excellent. Only the pool water could have been a bit cleaner as well as the daybeds in the relaxing area where not freshly made. Apart from that, the spa is a real highlight.

What a wonderful hotel. We booked last minute and we're totally wowed when we arrived. We booked the holiday room, and was given R304 which turned out to be an entire little apartment with the most amazing views over the lake and mountains. Made use of the pool and sauna facilities. It was a shame we couldn't have spent longer here!

Lovely hotel in a wonderful position. Very comfortable room with a lovely view. Breakfast was excellent as was the hotel restaurant where we ate both the nights that we stayed. Lovely staff too. one of our favourite hotels on our road trip in Germany.

We stay in this hotel regularly and each time enjoy the clean and comfortable rooms, amazing SPA, and the great breakfast. Thanks to the welcoming stuff.

A minor thing that could have been fixed: there was a leak from the shower corner. It would be also great if SPA could stay open later as it is a great way to relax after a long trip, and it's not always enough time for that as it closes at 9pm.

Amazing views , quite , clean and great location in walking distance to a beautiful lake . Great breakfast, good restaurant on site . Indoor pool is lovely

A little pricey , but worth it .

it was a great hotel, you can live the German experience with the site and the people and the food…the mornings are the best, with the quiet atmosphere and sounds of the birds, it was amazing
