Best Western Park Hotel Geneve-Thoiry

Nice hotel, very quiet location with trees right outside of the window. The staff are all helpful. The room\suite was big, with a separate bedroom, sitting area, small kitchen and dining table. An excellent coffee machine down in the breakfast room was available to us even though we made our own meals in our kitchen.

The kitchen could use a few more implements; for example an additional small cooking pot, a few more utensils such as a spoon, lifter, and a couple of bowls would be great to have and allow for a better cooking experience. The bathroom did not have a toilet brush, essential really, for longer stays.

The room was comfortable, well-equipped and quiet. Personal is very good. Breakfast - pretty good. the property is located very well, near the border with Geneva. a big Mall is located 5 minutes from the hotel

It took time to bring the cleaning staff to the room. The coffee machine wasn't perfect. We called to staff each time to repair it. A single person in the dinner room wasn't able to serve all the guest and bring the goods quickly

The hotel was visited by friends and they liked it. So we visited it also. It was somewhat older than some BW’s we know. The bed was good. There are two EV chargers in front of the hotel. The breakfast was all right but not very much attended to by the personnel. So e.g. there was still some scrambled eggs but only very little at 9:00 a.m. It’s a 20 minutes walk to the small town where you can find something to eat during the day. Others then that there are two restaurants next to the hotel; they open at about 19 p.m.

The hotel was a good value for the price, friendly staff, our room had a kitchenette and a bedroom, nice facilities (TV, balcony etc). The property has free parking on the territory, very convenient. The location allows to go to Geneve or to ski resorts within an hour. In summer it might also be a good place to go walking in the woods or something. However, the location is good only if you have a car, because otherwise everything is far away, including stores or places to eat.

It was very helpful to have a kitchenette with kitchenware, but the frying pan was horribly scratched (it's not healthy). I'd suggest changing frying pans and adding spatulas so that they don't get scratched again. Also the flush button in the bathroom was not fixed properly to the wall and kept falling out until we taped it.

Everything. The location suited us very well. The quality of the room was excellent. We were in the family room and there was all that we needed. And then there was the view the mountains; it was glorious. You wake up in the morning, you go to the balcony with your cup of coffee and you see the mountains. perfect!

Nothing. No complaints at all. If anything, perhaps a little bit more provision in the rooms based on the number of guests. All in all, nothing major at all.

Stayed here for 2 nights, overall the experience is good and pleasant. Parking is free, personnel is nice and ready to help. Breakfast is ok, but because of COVID restrictions was served in boxes - a kitchen was closed. A really good plus is the availability of a kitchenette in the room - cutlery, plates, and even pots were available. Located really near Swiss border, as well a local shopping center is nearby

Not all cutlery is in good condition, a part of rooms had windows on a moderately busy road - required to change the room, but the personnel assisted perfectly with this

Spacious rooms, with kitchenette and table for 4 people, easily accommodating a family with 2 small children

Ventilation was noisy throughout the night, Breakfast was really disappointing - we ordered the box to eat in the room, and although it was preordered for a time specified as requested, we waited in the lobby for half an hour for a lousy assembly of items... maybe that morning there was too little staff or it is just badly organized, we don't know, but it was not a nice start into the day, sorry.

We stayed only for one night because there was a problem with our flight but the room was good. Reception is available 24/7 which helped us since we arrived late. There is a bus station nearby for geneva airport.

We had some problems with the wifi connection.

the apartment room was so big and it has extra bed in the living area. it fit 4 peaple. the kitchen has all the equipment needed for cooking. the location is perfect if you want to visit Geneve and stay in French.

their A/C was not cold enough during the summer. it is like a Fan

Ground-floor room was warm and clean; beds comfortable; extra duvets most appreciated; kitchenette super useful; staff friendly and helpful

No soap by the bathroom basin; kitchen tap not secure; no bottle opener; totally would prefer a shower with no wheelchair access (water goes everywhere, even when being extra careful)
