Very friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful view from our lovely, comfortable and well appointed room. Air conditioning was great in the hot weather during our stay. The swimming pool also helped us to cool off after a hot journey! Great parking facilities for our motorcycle. Idyllic restaurant, al fresco. Excellent quality food at breakfast and dinner. The hotel is set in the most beautiful surroundings, which include a vineyard and magnificent old trees - all adding to the peaceful ambiance.

Although we very much enjoyed the high quality evening meals at the restaurant, we would have liked an option for a lighter meal on one of the two evenings. (Gourmet level cuisine is great, but perhaps not every night!)

Room was cosy. Perhaps a bit too small if you're up for a longer stay, but it was well equipped. The breakfast was nice and if the weather is nice you can sit outside and enjoy the vineyard view which is superb in the morning. The staff is super friendly and will do everything that is required to make you enjoy your stay as much as possible. Most rooms have a bath. You don't find that anymore in most hotels. That was nice to enjoy after a long day shopping on Bordeaux.

For me the bed was too hard, but that's a personal choice of course.

The staff are really helpful and accommodating. Nothing is too much for them and they do it with a smile. The rooms are clean and the whole hotel smells fresh. We spent some time next to the pool which was clean and well maintained and received poolside service. The setting is amazing with views of the vineyards and only a 20 minute drive to Bordeaux. Excellent value for money in this price bracket.

The rooms are small. But this was not an issue as this is what we expected given the price. Also the walls are quite thin so it could get noisy if the hotel is busy.

The restaurant food was amazing, really recommend it. The waiting staff were funny as they had no idea who ordered what and popped from table to table asking. The service was slow but that suited us the meal and the wine ran from 7:30-11! The Chateau's own wine was also very good. All the staff were really helpful and attentive.

The rooms are a lot smaller than you might think but very comfortable. When you think of a chateau you have an idea of a castle/palace. This is not either so the the definition of a chateau needs looking at. Would definitely stay again though,

The view was very nice. The restraurant near the property had good dinner. The pool was excellent.

Air conditioning was preset by the facility. Breakfast location was beautiful. Nespresso machine was not working completely. Would prefer to have more complete breakfast as there are no restaurants nearby for breakfast or lunch for that matter. Breakfast was always the same.

Excellent hotel, lovely location, overlooking the vineyards. The swimming pool was a real bonus as the weather was hot. Really clean and not overcrowded. Staff were polite and accommodating - we were upgraded to a room with a balcony, which was really appreciated and unexpected. Breakfast was lovely - loads of choice.

Just a small thing which is easily fixed. We sat on our balcony in the evening sharing a bottle of wine - but there were masses of cobwebs and spiders all along the roof line of the balcony and around the lights. They were only really visible when it was night-time and the lights were on, so I don't blame the staff for not noticing them during the day. A bit of a clean-up, and it would have been an even lovelier experience.

The ambience, view, surroundings were a breath of fresh air after traveling all day on the toll roads. Quiet, gentile, wonderful setting with a pool to cool off and refresh oneself. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Room was tastefully decorated, bed was comfortable. WI-FI was excellent.

Room size is a bit tight and had to "coordinate" so we weren't tripping over one another. Shower over the bath could be a bit tricky for those of us who are not sure-footed. Seemed to be a bit short-staffed in late afternoon. Had trouble obtaining a beer to enjoy the balcony, view and evening.

Room was nicely decorated, a bit small, but very clean and pleasant to stay. The restaurant just few steps away offers high quality dishes, only the selection was narrow (just 2 menu selection); almost the same for the lunch; so the stay over 3 days might need another solution. Breakfast was good, but no extra orders (for ex. nothing beside boiled eggs) were possible.

Cleaning of the pool (we coudn't use the pool almost the whole day); although we appreciate their care and concern about cleaniness.

Exceptionally Beautiful property with calm surroundings and view of vineyard, pond and a lot more of greenery around. Pool is a bonus. Staff were very good and polite (Neelesh was very helpful). Great restaurant.

very minor thing, some of the outside chairs had to be cleaned.

the location and views are amazing. Dinner is first class and locals travel to eat there. Sample wine from their selection for a real treat. Enjoy a glass or two outside, it’s a lovely setting. Breakfast is served in a separate building attached to the hotel and is continental and wide ranging. We loved the boiled egg machine and the coffee

little to say here except the rooms are on the small side but the bed is large so makes up for it.
