Staff is super friendly. Room was mostly clean and bed was comfortable. Hotel has its own parking with normal price.

Corridors and hall of the hotel were qute dirty. Windows were very dirty and bathroom was somewhat worn and torn.

Nice little apartment with views over the river. Well equipped kitchen for such a small apartment, enough to prepare breakfast or small meals. Very friendly staff and very good (although a little bit expensive) breakfast. Good location to walk to downtown Nantes.

The bathroom (in particular the toilet) was somewhat cramped.

Very nice hotel with a nice view of the river. The rooms are spacious and modern. There is a small kitchen with a dishwasher. The staff is very nice and friendly. They offered us to leave our luggage there before check-in and after check-out, which is very handy. There is a small gym but bear in mind it's small. The restaurant right next to the hotel was exceptional.

Literally, nothing to complain about.

I was here for 4 days while my dog had a hip operation allowing a few days to recover at the clinic. The staff were very helpful and Friendly. I walked to most parts on the city. Comming back at night it is safe, but to save a bit of walking there is a bus stop 5 minutes arround the corner. 3 bars/resturants within 2 minutes walk towards the city, 5 minutes away there are a few bars on boats and another 2 the other side of the river.... Great selection of resturants, had and a great Indian, greak, traditional food and burger. Highly recomend it...

Not much to say...

It was well located, about 10 minutes walk from the train station and & similar distance to centre of town. It is by the banks of the Loire offering good views of the river. The receptionist was friendly and ready to offer advice and assistance when needed. The breakfast was great and adequate. Furthermore, the room had an adequately equiped kitchen in case one wanted to make a meal. They also supplied some tea and coffee in the room, which was great. It isnt very common in this covid era.

The view is perfect. There is a big comfortable bed, full equipment kitchen. Stuff is friendly and polite.

When we arrived some dishes were in the dishwasher, some dishes were dirty. The mugs were small.

Relaxed atmosphere. Room and facilities just right for a couple. Location by the river made it perfect for walks and was close enough to the city centre and its main facilities

May be a little quiet for some people.

We had a very large, 2-bedroom apartment at a very good price. The location is very close to the train station and it's in a quiet area just by the river. The breakfast buffet was very well priced and generous.

The access to parking was unclear at first and area around the hotel a bit shabby

The staff were extremely polite and helpful. The whole hotel was impeccably clean and the Covid restrictions were thoroughly but discreetly applied. My apartment was very comfortable and well-equipped with kitchen utensils, fridge/freezer, wardrobe space, linen, bathtub, toiletries. The double-glazing/soundproofing prevented any noise. The location wasn't ideal for me (I had to book last-minute), but for the conference centre, stadium, Loire excursions or national transport links it is very well situated. It's also possible to bring your pets. There were works taking place nearby during my stay (August 2020) that prevented cars from reaching the door of the hotel, so if you have limited mobility or a lot of baggage, call ahead to ask for assistance.
