Logis Hotel Chateaubriand

The Staff were very good, they went out of there way to get us a room early and get us a taxi on our departure. The Breakfast was for good for €7.00 - plenty of Bread, Juice, Cheese, fruit etc. Very good city center location, on a quite road. All of Nantes is walk-able from the hotel.

Note: The rooms are on the small side, on a very hot night one fan was not enough to cool the room. The reception is not staffed 24 Hours - there is an automated check in machine - however while the machine is well located for those arriving from the car park - it is poorly sign posted for those like me - coming in to the hotel from the predestrain entrance.

Good location, very close to the city centre. Despite that location, the price for the room was very low and for its price, I got decent value. Definitely enough to comfortably sleep in over the night. Guy at the reception desk was friendly and very capable of speaking english. Everything was easily understandable and it wasn't a problem to get in and out whenever I needed to.

I got a different room than I booked, but I did not mind - I just got a family room with more beds, which I did not need but it also was not an issue and I was not charged anything extra for it. I didn't like the shower, it was not separated from the rest of the bathroom at all, so it was a bit hard to keep the water where it should be. The waterflow also wasnt the best (maybe intentionally to not make too much mess with the water).

We liked the supremely friendly and welcoming gentleman on reception who spoke French and English (and possibly other languages too). We were upgraded to a larger room at no extra cost. It was cosy and quiet, especially considering its city centre location. The decor was neat, and consistent throughout the hotel. The bathroom was well-equipped. Logis Hotel Chateaubriand is excellently located close to tram stops but also walkable from the train station. We didn't have breakfast there, but it looked good. We spent a comfortable night there and really enjoyed our stay. I would absolutely return here again.

I didn't not like them, but a negative for some people could be that the stairs to the room are a little narrow.

I am absolutely delighted with my experience at this hotel, travelling from Ireland all down France to the south of Spain and have stayed in a few places when we weren’t camping. This is by far our favourite place we’ve stayed. The man that hosted us was just spectacular and super kind, very welcoming, the place itself was perfect too and had everything we needed and more! Thank you so much!

the location was perfect. Close to the Ile de Versailles, close to the bus station and about 20- 30 minutes by foot from the center. The staff at the reception were super polite and helped us with our questions. The room was clean and tidy, with towels and soap included in the bathroom.

None of these are a big deal but i just wanted to add some comments. The space was a bit small with the double bed in the middle, sometimes you could here the people in the room next door and there was no elevator (warning for big suitace carriers 😁)

The hotel was well located close to the centre and a tram stop. Weekend public transport is free in Nantes. The room was fine, with all amenities, spotless, comfortable and most economic. The breakfast was classy, with fresh bread and pastries good jam and good coffee. Though basic it was a great stay

Access information came on time, we arrived late due to a flight delay but it wasn't a problem. Location near to tram line so easy to reach. Due to late arrival shops were closed but a kebab cafe nearby. We didn't take breakfast but the manager gave us a hot drink.

Apart from the fact that’s it’s central, very clean, and descent, the hosts at the reception are amazing and kind. They helped us with everything and gave us on point directions and personalized tips, like no one else. (also in English which is rare)

Bad noise insulation in the room. You may hear neighbors’ noises.

Great location, price, parking facilities and helpful staff. We really were impressed with the facilities, considering its very affordable price. It is a short walk from the city centre with lots of great things to see/do around. Wifi connection was great as well.

Staff and breakfast were great.Ernesto was super helpful on the reception desk and multilingual too speaking to all the guests in their own language...superb. Very clean too.

Small room with no air conditioning but the fan provided was great.
