Aparthotel Adagio Nantes Centre

Staff were very helpful and friendly. The layout of the room is perfect and has a kitchenette but I didn't get to use it. Beds are very comfortable too. The hotel is only 5 mins walk from the train station and walkable distance to the center.

Stayed in two different rooms on two different days, but both bathrooms have problems with the shower unit (shower door didn't shut properly so water seeping through and also noticed some water damage to the skirting boards in both bathrooms). The hotel just needs a bit of updating e.g. kitchen cabinets are falling apart and some cigarette marks on curtains.

For a busy city such as Nantes I believe this is a very good find :) ) great location and security too ! Staff are available 24 / 7 & I found them all to be extremely professional , efficient and friendly. Also , they had a sauna and mini gym :)

Layout of room could have been better thought out !!! however bathroom was lovely with a bath tub ! I guess not all rooms are identical so I just speak from my own experience, I had no view which I didn’t expect , however they could have made it more attractive by having proper blackout blinds and white voile curtains ! Just anything that looked better than what was there! Also , I had actually expected automatic shutters perhaps 🤔

We had a room with one double bed and 2 single beds. The room was very clean and even had a little kitchen in it which is always nice. The outside walls are windows with a lot of light blocking curtains. The bathroom was clean but not my style. There were separate doors in the entrance hall to block the noise from the shard floor for further sound proofing and privacy.

The 2 single beds were couch beds which are not the most comfortable, compared to the double bed in the same room. The bathroom style. The street noise was noticeable since they only have one layer of window instead of 2 like in most noisier streets.

Very centrally located, spacious rooms, well equipped for cooking and cleaning.

The mattress was not comfortable, and the beds are covered with a plastic foil that makes them very warm and does not allow sheets to stay in place, ended up sleeping on the mattress at the end of the night. The floor was not very clean when we arrived, and air-conditioning did not work. We were not informed that technicians would come over to look at it. And a small thing: I wonder why there was no cheese in the breakfast buffet, maybe it was only during our stay.

Everything was fine apart from the comments in the next section. We had a very comfortable stay in a studio apartment which was roomy, extremely well situated, well provided and cool (we were in Nantes on some hot days).

We had two concerns while staying in the apartment: 1. Neither the WiFi or the data on our phones worked well. We were in a corner room, 2nd floor and it may have been interference from the building across from us. We're not sure. A few items were broken - the kitchen tap was loose, the cutlery drawer didn't close easily and a wheel was missing on the dishwasher.

Great location very near Nantes Train Station and the city centre, with supermarkets nearby. The bed was comfortable and bathroom very clean. The kitchen area was very small but sufficient for myself, with a couple of pans, utensils and plates/cutlery. The 24/7 front desk offers convenience and safety, and the staff were very nice and helpful.

I thought having to take the bins out and cleaning the kitchen before leaving was a little bit inconvenient considering the price of the apartment. The room was fairly small to be considered an "apartment", it was more a hotel room with a little kitchen area. The sound proofing wasn't perfect as I could hear my neighbours laugh.

Excellent location, tram stop opposite for visiting the Machines d’ ilsle.Good size room and everything you need for light catering. Secure parking a real bonus and worth the additional cost for peace of mind. Staff very helpful.

When approaching by car, you can see the hotel but not how to get to it. Suggest you park in the Chateau public car park (about 60p for 20mins) and then just cross the road to the hotel where they will explain how to get to the underground parking and give you the relevant codes.

Location was great - basically right across city Chateau which is open for sightseeing every day till 8 AM. Also, hotel is situated near main train station and possibility to go to Pornic as one-day trip. In vicinity, beautiful Jardin (botanical garden), cute french restaurant with sea food and great Irish pub with long beer list. The room was clean and correct, with nice linen and well equipped devices and machines in our small kitchenette.

For hotel with 4 stars we expected for towels to be replaced after 2 days. Also, we had kettle and vacuum cleaner in our closets.. ironing board.. But no coffee or few tea bags to enjoy slow morning. Also, the tub and shower cabin were in pretty bad condition (with cracks and not so good silicone repairs).

We arrived in the late evening and leave early, so location is important. The hotel is very close to Nantes railway station, and there are a couple of restaurants and bars nearby. Even though, the room is quiet. If you are very sensitive about the noise, probably you heard the trains, but it was not bothering to me. The room has two large bed and they are very comfortable.

Connecting internet was slightly challenging. In the end, I got internet but it took one ahour to be connected.

Great location, right across the road from train station and Chateau, and right beside city centre. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean, spacious and had fridge and kettle. Very good value overall if there are a few people travelling together.

Toilet and bathroom were separate which was inconvenient. Pillows were very small, and hallways were in need of a clean.
