Hotel Les Pasteliers

Les Pasteliers is an amazing little hotel with fun and eclectic decor, a friendly staff eager to make guests comfortable and excellent rates. The breakfast was above average with homemade french toast and fresh squeezed juice. Rooms are quiet and very comfortable. The a/c cooled the room very well. The location makes it easy to walk to the historic center of Albi including the Talouse-Lautrec museum. Plenty of restaurants nearby. We parked on the street in front of the hotel (paid, but cheap) and there are two lots nearby (1 free). A very enjoyable stay.

The welcome from the team at Hôtel Les Pastiliers was delightful. They called us while we were on our way there to check if we were okay and let us know they expected us. It's the kind of service that all hotels should aspire to and a reminder why small and independent is often worth the effort. We were offered a choice of rooms. They even took into account what time we wanted to leave the next day to make sure we were not disturbed by other guests who were planning to leave much earlier than us. Good breakfast with some home made choices.

The coffee at breakfast could be better.

The staff were really attentive and helpful - providing local knowledge and recommending places specifically for what we were looking for. The hotel is kinda kooky with touches of art placed throughout which makes it very endearing and welcoming. The room was pretty small (low headroom) but for the price it was ace and there's a nice sky-window so we could see the stars when we went to bed. There's free parking close-by and the breakfast was lovely - lots of pastries, good tea, good coffee, and quality bread and cheese.

We should have booked another night here

the staff were fantastic: warm, welcoming and very helpful. great breakfast with a good selection of foods and excellent locally made jam. we appreciated the hotel decor and individually themed rooms - ours was Gustav Klimt who we both like! great location, a short walk to the historic centre and close to the market square with free parking. friendly Moroccan restaurant very close by with delicious couscous.

nothing - it suited us very well

The service is impeccable and the room not only matches, but surpasses my expectations for the price point. Regrettably, I didn't have the opportunity to sample the breakfast, though I'm confident it would have been delightful.

Unfortunately, there was mosquitos in my room. While the air conditioning unit was somewhat noisy and the soundproofing could use improvement, it was nonetheless sufficient for a decent night's sleep.

Small room with a very big covered terrasse. Breakfast was not included, but we were able to add in upon arrival and it was really good with fresh pastry, local jams and freshly squeezed orange juice (DIY). Location was great, right next to a free parking lot (except for Market days) and close to the city centre. Despite not having an elevetor, the host helped us with our many lagguages.

Delicious breakfast with local produce and home-made items. Fresh orange juice to squeeze yourself. Friendly, cheerful greeting during arrival and throughout the stay. A modern bathroom, constant hot water, very comfy bed and little noise despite the hotel being fully booked. We particularly like it’s location adjacent to the old town. We have stayed before and will return again!

Super great location in a lovely city. Only 10 minutes walking from the old city. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean and we'll laid out. The staff were all extremely helpful and nice. Breakfast was fresh and delicious and had many local delicacies. Definitely recommend this spot!

Maybe the pillows could be a bit more comfortable. Everything else was perfect!

Lovely quirky hotel in a great location. Delicious breakfast with fresh baked croissants and cakes and locally made jams plus cheeses, meats and delicious bread . Host very good at providing suggestions of things to see/do and the best restaurants to try. Location just 10min walk from old town and 20 mins from railway station

Liked everything

Extremely clean hotel very close to the train + bus station and to the city center, we could walk everywhere. The room was perfect, very well furnished and with a pleasant balcony. Breakfast was varied and plentiful, we had a very nice stay. Next to the hotel there's a delicious moroccan restaurant, we had a great meal there.
