The location is great. The outdoor pool with a view of the mountains is awesome. Being a ski resort, there's plenty of parking. The Keurig coffee was good and they have extra packets available at reception at all times. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Not sure why they don't have actual balconies you can sit on - just little ones that you can barely get your feet on. There was no clearly marked way to recycle the coffee packets. The restaurant/bar on the property is a good place to go for drinks - but do not eat there. The food was terrible. In fact we didn't even finish half of our Nachos and the kids burgers. But I don't think this should reflect poorly on the hotel - it is a very pleasant stay as long as you eat at better restaurants down the road.

We used this hotel in the summer as a central location for mountain biking in the area. It’s close to a few really good mountain biking spots, Quebec City (incase you want a day off the bike), there’s a great microbrewery and bakery just down the road. The rooms and big, beds are comfy, good showers and a safe place to store your bike.
It was just what we wanted, somewhere on site for a beer would have been nice, but the microbrewery is very close.

the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. the room was a great size with convenient closet area for all our gear as well as a separate storage room for skis. great access to the hill and free parking is a bonus!

It is At the bottom of the ski slopes. We had very Good service. Polite.
No restaurant at the hotel. Restaurant around are close on Monday and Tuesday. Only a microwave at the reception, in the rooms would be nice. Putting on a mask to go heat my food and the walk back to my he room with hot food in hands is not fun.

Although ‘off season’, the rooms were sparkling and the grounds very well kept. The flowers were especially gorgeous and the pool looked like it was freshly maintained.

The room was very nice and very clean. TV with lots of channels to unwind. A resto next door for eating was nice. The staff was very kind and helpful.
A little expensive for a covid-level stay and the area being so quiet. The shower pressure was too high, it was just uncomfortable.

some rowdy guests lighting fireworks and yelling til 3 am a couple nights in a row made the stay less than it could be
