Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Kanata Ottawa West

The hotel was clean, the continental breakfast was the best I’ve ever had. Usually those breakfasts aren’t the greatest but here it was delicious, fresh and had lots of options! The staff were very friendly. The room was lovely with great soaps, good sized fridge, and the convenience of a microwave. We also had our dog with us and had lots of space to walk him around outside. I never leave reviews but I was so impressed with this hotel I had to.

The only negative (which isn’t the hotel’s fault) is being so close to the Canadian tire centre but not being able to walk there! A shuttle service on big game/concert nights might be a benefit.

This hotel is new, modern & clean, staffs are nice. Someone left review saying parking lot is narrow, I must say there's no problem with it, the space is standard size and parking lots are big. If you want shopping, there is Tanger outlets you could walk to and there's a Cabela's shop nearby.

Sound insulation is not perfect, I could hear foot step from ceiling, and the A/C is a bit of noisy.

The breakfast was perfect! Service was excellent. Staff very friendly. I believe it was the manager who approached me and asked if everything was going good with our stay . The Front desk person I was very helpful and offered to help in anyway possible to make us stay better .

For our state everything was perfect it was a flawless check in the room is very clean beds very comfortable and the staff was exceptional chocolate was also a breeze definitely will recommend a hotel thank you for a great stay .

Great distance to the Canadian Tire Centre! Simple room. Staff are very polite and breakfast was hot!

There were some finishes over looked in the room. Holes for a handle where the drawer was not to come out. Cuts on the tiles didnt line up. A switch that didnt control anything. A very big open space in the room(like someone forgot a couch or chair)

Beautiful new hotel. Rooms were immaculate and bed was brand new and so comfortable. Located right beside the Tanger outlets and a short drive to our relatives made it ideal. Breakfast was simple and well serviced.

Pool is yet to be opened but that didn't really affect us. Some people may be disappointed.

The room was very modern and clean, very comfortable to stay in. The staff were friendly and pleasant to deal with. The gym area was clean. Lots of parking. Very close to shopping centre (Tanger outlet), Canadian Tire Centre, and other restaurants/ stores.

The pool wasn’t available to use and I think the gym could use more selection.

It was great value and the location cannot be best! It’s proximity to the Canadian Tire Center is why we booked this hotel. The room was comfortable and well appointed.

I felt, along with other guests, that the parking spots on the property were way too narrow. This needs to corrected in my opinion.

In close proximity to Shopping outlets, clean, pool and hot tub.

The fan/air-conditioner made a ticking sound. It would be nice to have the option to keep the fan on, as it kept going off and on all night. Waking me up every couple of hours.

Very clean hotel. Easy to navigate. The bed was super comfy (we had a king size) and the room was quiet and comfortable. Location was fantastic to get to the Scotiabank arena, and the Tanger outlets and Kanata Square.

We were happy with everything.

It was nice and close to shopping and the Canadian Tire centre. And easy to get food and other things. It was a great experience.

The kids love water slides maybe that for the kids. Maybe more things in the snack room to purchase.
