The hotel has had some renovations and is very quaint. The attitude of the staff was exceptional. They showed great concern for my comfort and were always willing to help The attached restaurant was also staffed with very pleasant and friendly staff. The balconies are small but had two Adirondack chairs and I was able to watch the Snowbird air show from there. It is right across the street from the waterfront park and a short walk to the pedestrian mall on Bernard St. I didn’t get to try the pool and hot tub but the facilities looked nice

The doors on he closet are very old and noisy.

the location for downtown Kelowna was good. the hotel was clean and the facilities were good. having car parking on site was beneficial , it was 15$ a day. the pool and jacuzzi was very nice. the staff are friendly and helpful. It has a balcony with nice chairs.

there was no restaurant or bar. the coffee and tea were unpalatable and the room was not restocked of toiletries. there are a lot of homeless in city park but it did not affect my stay

Location was good, overlooked park and a nice walk along river. Restaurant was great, nice staff & great food.

Cardboard cups in room and nothing to make coffee. Pillows were not comfortable even though there were 2 to choose from. Shower floor felt greasy, like it had not been cleaned properly. Compared to other places stayed price was expensive with no extras

The Prestige Beach House is in a great location across from the park, close to boardwalk with lots of amenities, including wide choice of restaurants. Unfortunately it can be noisy as it close to Harvey Ave with high traffic volume including trucks. The staff is very good and room was clean except for dust under the bed. There is a major problem with location of plugs to charge phones and tablets. Apparently they are being upgraded to bedside chargers. I would also recommend the Westcoast Grill for breakfast and lunch..

This is our second time using this hotel while staying in Kelowna. It's wonderful if you have children especially if they love the beach because it's not even 200 m from the doorstep of the front of the hotel, it is also conveniently located just two blocks from downtown so it's easy to go out and grab a bite for dinner or walk the waterfront. The stuff is very friendly and accommodating and we will probably use this hotel again in the future.

The pool and hot tub was lovely. Staff friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. Rooms where comfortable, good size with lovely balcony. The Restaurant was lovely, food delicious and attentive staff. Hotel Right in the heart of downtown Kelowna with easy walking access to park, waterfront and promenade.

splash marks on wall and paintings. Bathroom door looked like it was half painted. Just minor touch ups really.

We stayed here for 2 nights over our wedding in the whirlpool king room. The room was beautiful and really big so we had plenty of room for the hair and makeup artist to work her magic and the photographer to jump around whilst everyone was getting ready. The staff were really friendly too.

The hotel is located on the highway and our room was directly facing it so it got a little noisy at night, however, this usually quietened down around 11ish so it wasn’t too bad. The pool area could have used a deeper clean though. It was quite dirty and a lot of things were broken.

Very good Location. Comfortable and clean rooms with cordial and efficient service. And, especially, the excellent food and service at the restaurant. We didn’t even try other restaurants, we were perfectly happy having all our meals at the hotel’s restaurant. It was that good!

Nothing really

The location is excellent as it was right beside the City Park and downtown area and right above a restaurant. We swam in the City Park beach almost everyday since it was a 5 min walk away. The staff were friendly and accommodating. It was very clean and mattress/bedding was very comfortable. We didn't use any extra amenities or room service. Overall, fantastic place to stay for the price, location, cleanliness and safety.

We could hear noise from the guests in the hallway and above us sometimes, but for the most part, it was quiet at night.

My daughter ended up getting sick on our stay, the staff were so great, came up and brought sheets to change bedding. Young man brought a gingerale up for her. Very kind. They changed the rooms around so we could stay an extra day and not have to change rooms, then sent a staff member to check in on us later on if we needed anything. They were so wonderful! 100% recommend and will come back
