Hyatt Place Kelowna

The breakfast provided at the hotel was quite decent, which is expected for hotels of this type. They had a delightful assortment of breads, bagels, and spreads to choose from. One of the highlights was definitely the availability of a hot tub, adding to the overall enjoyment of our stay. Moreover, the hotel's downtown location made it incredibly convenient to move around and explore the area without any hassle. Overall, it was a pleasant experience!

We had a small hiccup during check-in, but it was resolved amicably. The rooms were not ready at check-in time and we had to wait for about 15-20 minutes in the lobby. They gave us drink and food vouchers as compensation.

The courtesy shuttle to/from the hotel was truly a blessing. Since we checked in very late, I had communicated with the front desk prior to our arrival, their response to my texts/emails were reassuring that my needs were taken care. The breakfast was well arranged (included with the hotel stay), and the staff members were very professional. The swimming pool was an added bonus to our stays. also to mention, the coffee/beverage station, near the front desk, made our mornings extra special.

If there was a self service guest laundry on the premises we would have made use of it.

Room was clean, bed was very comfortable. Some complaints would be that noise from other guests was very disturbing. Could hear guests above stomping around. Staff were friendly but not very helpful with questions and seemed distracted/unhappy. Location is okay, would recommend you have a car if staying here. Though uber was very accessible here. Free shuttle to airport was nice touch

Nice and very clean room, very comfortable bed and pillows. Lots of space. Loved the bathroom. In room safe was a great plus. Good food selection at breakfast, not much left after 9.30am, but we still managed to grab few bites. Hotel is close to main roads, but overall pretty quiet.

The shower gel dispenser in our room was completely empty. It's not a big deal, but at the end of the day, when you really want to use the room just to have a shower and sleep, it was quite disappointing. Especially for the price one pays for a room here.

loved the staff ! they went out of their way continuously! during the fire they were so busy yet so friendly and helpful ! the pool was warm and so perfect ! especially for a 1 and 4 year old the breakfast was so big and variety !!!!!!! lots of space to eat , and out doors also to eat . the rooms nicely redone ! was dog Friendly! perfect for us close to Starbucks and London drugs and a pizza place

the beds are too soft , horrible sleep price was very expensive ! over 300$ a night

The pool was a dream! We stay in Kelowna a lot and we always look for a pool because we have a daughter who looks forward to swimming. The pool here was a wow. It was so warm just walking into the pool area. The water was warm. It was perfect. Also very clean. The rooms were quiet, had a lovely sleep. Breakfast was lovely. Had a nice variety of food. Very happy to go back again. We even stayed an extra night!

There wasn't anything I didn't like. If I was being picky I might add pancakes to breakfast for the little ones. But she was happy with Fruitloops. Ha.

everything was great, the Staff, the Room, the Amenities, the Restaurant, the Location were all amazing! I really enjoyed My Stay!

My only take away would be when I’ve left My Room for the day for Work. When I returned the Air had been turned on in the Room , making Cold. I Get that when the a room was being cleaned they would turn on. But I would have preferred for air to had not been on. The Weather being Cold out , I would like to return to a Warm Room. It would take a moment once I returned to get the Room at the temperature that I like.

I was thoroughly impressed. The modern rooms were spacious and clean, and the amenities were top-notch. But what really stood out to me was the exceptional customer service. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful, making my stay that much more enjoyable. Plus, the hotel's convenient location made it easy to explore the city in my downtime. Overall, I highly recommend The Hyatt for anyone visiting Kelowna BC.

Loved the breakfast and the great, hot and healthy variety. The bedroom was clean, comfortable and so central to downtown and going to the mall. A great middle point.

We drive a large truck and parking was HORRIBLE the oversize vehicle parking was too small for large vehicles. We could barely get in our doors. 3 time I had to climb through the passenger side to get into the driver seat. As well many small vehicles took the spots and we had to park in a non parking space in which we almost were backed into.

The first room we were given was on the ground floor on the way to the swimming pool area so it had high traffic. We were also on the roadside and Spall Rd is a busy road. We had a family with at least two toddlers staying next door and our room had an adjoining door to their room that you could open if you wanted. It made it not very sound proof. After a noisy night and early morning wake up from the children next door we asked if we could be moved and they moved us to the 6th floor and with a view of some mountains. So much quieter, we were very happy.
