Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Kelowna

Staff was great. Air Conditioning wasn't working in our room so I called the front desk and in 15 minutes they had us in another room with air working. Everything you would expect from mid range hotel. There were a lot of young folks running around as there was a hockey tournament in town, but no issues. I liked that the staff wasn't barking at the kids. They were having fun and were not disrespectful - just being kids.

The beds were too soft for us. Woke up in the morning with a sore back. Not sure if this is all of their mattresses, but it was the case in our room. In the past the breakfast was mediocre at best. As such we chose to eat out.

It was a very good experience. My wife loves Kelowna and for that I've decided to surprise her by traveling to Kelowna and staying a night there. She likes Marriott hotels so we decided to stay at Fairfield. It was nice, clean and comfortable. We had a good time there. The staff were friendly and helpful. If we decide to go to Kelowna again soon, we might probably stay at Fairfield again.

Everything seemed good. But if I have to point at something, I might say the complementary breakfast wasn't that good. Was a bit cold and many containers were empty. But in general it was a very good hotel.

The breakfast and the breakfast staff were very good. I ordered gluten free toast the first morning, and the next two mornings they put it on as soon as they saw me. Front desk staff was consistently friendly. Good sound-proofing, so we never heard guests in adjoining rooms, or maybe they were empty.

This was not about the hotel but about location. The protest trucks honking up and down the highway for hours made me wish we were further from highway. However, when we needed the Toyota dealer, it was just two easy blocks away.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating, we can’t say enough about how they were so helpful and accommodating and the the Hotel was a pleasure to stay in, very clean and comfortable. I was in Kelowna on from Ossyoos BC due to a visit and minor surgery at he Kelowna General Hospital and my wife and I couldn’t have been happier with the staff and services during a trying time, thank you.

It was quiet. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The staff is very accommodating and friendly.

They desperately need to replace the towels….they were very thin and rough. The extra blanket in the closet was probably very soft at one time needs to be replaced too. The other item that needs an upgrade is the toilet paper..it was thin and rough.

Really nice place with nice decor; relaxing and comfortable. Friendly staff. Nice to have a breakfast buffet. Coffee and tea available 24/7 is nice too. Easy to find location. I wish we had more time to enjoy. I would choose to stay again.

The breakfast buffet was good, just could be kept watch a bit more.

Rooms were clean and new. Waterslide was great for the kids. Pooll was warm, and the hot tub was nice. Breakfast was standard. Staff were excellent!

No complaints or issues.

Great Location , Staff were amazing, breakfast was really good and lots to choose from Outdoor pool was good and the gym was good Will definitely be back
