Ramada by Wyndham Sherwood Park

The location was very good, there are multiple restaurants and stores within walking distance, as we had no car. Our family lives within 4 km so we were close for pickups and visits. The staff were extremely accommodating with our multiple check in and outs due to short road trips. Always welcoming on our return. The room was comfy and the front lounge was inviting.

Only thing I missed was scrambled eggs on breakfast menu.

I stayed for 6 nights unexpectedly with my cat. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. Included breakfast was satisfying (bacon, hash brown, sausage, yogurt, bread/bagel, cereal, breakfast sandwiches, juice coffee). Quiet area but accessible, near Save-On and next to Costco. Lots of free parking. Outdoor space on property with BBQ and patio.

There was a lot of kids from a hockey team playing in the lobby and hallway all day but that isn't really their fault. A light bulb in my room was out but they fixed it within a couple hours. Not much to complain about from my experience! Would stay again.

The staff were friendly. The room was very quiet, very comfortable and clean. The included breakfast room was clean and lots of choices. And for the price it was well worth it! We would certainly stay there again.

Admittedly the hotel is getting older — and in some places showing signs of wear. We learned the hotel has plans to upgrade, replace and modernize things in the very near future! Good for them!

The staff was very kind and accommodating. The whole experience was comfortable. The staff was exceptional at making sure your needs were met. I've never had a hotel call the room to make sure everything is good. That is good customer service. Definitely will stay here again!

Only thing that was not clean was behind the main door. Someone should vacuum there to.

Breakfast was good-nice variety . Beds comfy. Lots of extras. Fridge microwave, safe, coffee pot etc. Bonus that it is pet friendly.

Location could be better. Only a Boston Pizza near by. Had trouble finding it--no signage on the entrance side, and the address was not as advertised. It's across the street on Broadway.

A very comfortable and clean hotel with large rooms. Firm mattress and soft pilows. The hot breakfast was plentiful. The staff was very caring and offered to even cook up some egg for the last of our group who arrived towards closing of Breakfast. Charlotte at check in was such a delight to meet. Full of information and very meticulous. We were so impressed that the staff sent us off with a selection of snacks and drinks to compensate for the inconvenience of elevator breaking down briefly

All went well

The lady at the front desk was the friendliest person we have ever met. My 23 yr old daughter said it made her feel happy.

We came near the end of the breakfast hours and there was very little food left. I thought it would be restocked but it wasn't

The staff were incredible. Even though the air conditioning wasn't working in the lobby and it was 35 outside, they were so friendly and helpful. They brought extra towels and coffee to our room right away.

When I got to the 3rd floor I found out a couple of families with little kids were staying and just having fun the way kids do. I asked if they would change our floor so I could get a good night sleep, since that is why I booked the room. They put us above them and upgraded our room. That was so sweet.

The gentleman at the front desk remembered us from our stay a month previous. He asked how my daughter 's cheer competition went last time. And wished her good luck with this competition. There was a good selection for the breakfast items too.

Right next to the costco for us out of towners. Pubs, stores, takeout all in walking distance.

The parking spots were not marked so everyone parked all willy nilly. 🙄 Also the bathroom needs a better up keep, mildew on the shower curtain bottom and tiles.. I think on the walls was kid booger... 🤔
