Holiday Inn Express Edmonton North, an IHG Hotel

We booked a double room and got a room and a separate bedroom, both with double beds and their own tvs. Pleasant surprise. Loved the breakfasts.... cinnabuns, and the super friendly attendant. I like to work out and was able to use the really nice full gym next door to the hotel free, included with our room. Great perk! We will definitely stay here again!

There was absolutely nothing that we didn't like!

The room is accessible I love the seat in the shower. I haven’t seen that type before. It’s convenient and easy to seat and able to watch my legs. It’s brilliant 👌🏿

It’s perfect! It would be nice if 2 beds are provided. I have my carer with me.

The hotel is very conveniently located amongst restaurants, like Swiss Chalet, Earls ,Cora's, Nando's and several others. shopping such as Walmart, Costco, Michael's, etc. Highway access is also very easy to drive. Esso gas next door. KUDOS to the kitchen staff (breakfast). They did an excellent job all 3 days. Food was always replenished (hot and fresh), tables were always wiped after patrons left and coffee was good!! Hopefully there were many tips left for the "girls".

The breakfast had a great selection for everyone. The staff are polite, happy, and check in was fast. We had a king suite and the beds were very comfy and the room was really clean.

The king suite was located on the side where the LRT is located and we could hear the train go by. We are very light sleepers though. Next time we will get a room facing the parking lot.

We were not up and moving early enough for breakfast so unfortunately misses it. We watched a movie that night and tho it was expensive we enjoyed that it needed to be turned on so there was no mistake of accidentally ordering.

We did not have a duvet on our bed upon arrival, I had asked for featherless but didn't know we would not get one at all. And when we first arrived there was a guy walking around and using the computer without a MANDATORY mask.

Breakfast was good. We just always run out of milk cartoons 2 days in a row, then when i asked for it they said no more so always end up for my kids eating cerelas without milk. But otherwise all good.

U can barely hear the people talking, walking and eventhough opening and closing their doors outside your room.

Very friendly and caring

One of the kitchen staff was very busy and demanded for our breakfast voucher. No good morning just instantly demanded for the voucher. She was a little scary :/

the staff was very friendly and accommodating when we needed another night and gave us the same room so we didn’t have to move.

rooms were a little dated with old temperature adjustments and the tv didn’t have a guide to know what was on and the movie channels didn’t work.

The breakfast was a standard Holiday Inn breakfast. The pancakes were good and hot as you made them yourself. Other offerings on the buffet were good, maybe the muffins were a little too refined and sweet. A less "processed" muffin might have been a better offering. The room was nicely appointed. Good lighting and comfortable bed.

The location where we stayed, close to friends and family. I would highly recommend if you are looking to stay in the north west part of Edmonton.

The hotel needs to improve their cable tv and selection of channels.
