The lady at the front desk when we arrived around 730pm was really nice, knowledgeable, friendly and told us about breakfast and what is close by. Kids loved the water slide. Central location. The complimentary breakfast was excellent tasting and great for choice, very nice touch.

Parking was non existent, hectic getting in and out. The pool was freezing cold! For an indoor pool it felt way too chilly, all the guests were sitting there complaining. The pool towels need an upgrade, small and shabby.

My kids and myself really enjoyed the amazing breakfast. We enjoyed the serving staff too. They were always ready to ask one of the kids a new question each day. Fresh pancakes and crispy but not greasy hash browns were so yummy! There were so many options. We tried something new each day. The organic Chai tea was our favourite and available throughout the day too! The best experience was getting a call from the front desk to my phone, as they were told by one of the guests that a van in the parking lot had one of the doors open. The front desk gal went and closed the door, and then called me to let me know it was my van (kids left the side door open!) I hadn’t noticed. I went out and nothing was stolen and was able to lock my van up. I was so thankful! The pool was amazing! My kids had hours of fun at a time in there.

The only thing in the whole experience that could have been better was if the workout room had better ventilation and air conditioning. I worked out several days but it was not easy as it was SO hot and stuffy.

I booked a handy capped accessible room and for the most part it met my requirements However the bath tub was hard to get in and out of Had I been in a wheel chair and not just using a cane I would not have been able to use it. My husband had to assist me and I require the use of a small step that we carry in our car for this reason. The extra floor space in the main part of the room and the bathroom was much appreciated I also used the hot tub in the pool area, It was great but the hand rail on the side of the tub was a little loose

Rooms are quiet, beds are comfortable. The hotel was full with kid’s baseball teams. It was loud in the lobby, at breakfast and outside but quiet in the room.

The breakfast. No gluten free options at all other than a banana and yogurt. There are lots of gluten free granola bars etc at grocery stores that have long shelf life so they could have something available. Parking lot is way too small.

Staff was welcoming / friendly / helpful. Room was clean. Parking was handy. Breakfast was awesome / delicious.

We booked room / travelled in family group of 4. Towels etc were set up in room for a group of 2. Breakfast was delicous for 3 of 4 members of our family. The 4th (child) has a gluten allergy. Food selection was limited. There was food for her, just limited selection.

Very clean and tidy rooms with new white bed sheets and covers. Any extras you needed the reception desk staff made sure you got it. Located on the edge of town, you can just walk out the back bbq and sitting area and view the fields surrounding it. Lots of breakfast options.

Really can't even pick at anything. And I have traveled to lots of hotels and resorts.

Staff were friendly & helpful. It was so great we decided to stay one more night. Front desk was happy to help us with that. The pool was fabulous & we enjoyed it a lot. Our room was spacious & comfortable. Breakfast was great although getting down there before 9:30 was a bit of a task.

Location was a little awkward but we finally figured it out.

I loved the room and the bed.

The bamboo utensils were atrocious and incited gag reflex! I was obliged to go buy metal utensils at a local store to carry down for breakfast. The breakfast area was very loud on the first day, with the TV blaring full blast to compete with the loud music in the lobby.

Hotel was conveniently located. rooms were nice and clean.

The parking lot, it is way too small. the spots are very narrow and there were a bunch of work trucks during the week. When we came back to the hotel later at night there was no parking available and people were parked blocking the entrance way. We discovered on the other side of the hotel there were some angle parking so that is where we parked.

We loved the dogs and the water slide. The room was clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the breakfast was great.

The only thing I didn’t care for was I could hear people in the hall, in the room above, and some street noise including music from a car outside. Not much you can do about that. Thankfully it was a quiet night and the air conditioning fan covered up what noise there might have been.
