Quality Inn & Suites Lethbridge

The staff at the desk were excellent. I have never had such friendly people at the desk at a hotel. This makes it a good start when you check in.

The only thing that disappointed me was the lack of respect that people have in the pool. There were parents there but they just ignored the fact that the kids were being very disrespectful. After 30 minutes most of the people left the pool because it just wasn’t enjoyable any more. I think maybe someone should just come and check in at the pool every now and then.

Good size room with two queen beds very comfy. Breakfast selection is very good. Plenty of off street free parking. If you choose to eat at the casino next door the staff will give you a 25% off all food and drink voucher. We had great night there.

Breakfast room is a little small so can get crowded. We had no problems as we ate early.

The hotel is in an area with several hotels and we have stayed in 3 of them. This is our first stay here but it will, without question, be our first choice from now on when staying in Lethbridge. The hotel is clean, the staff very friendly, lots of parking and the needs are super comfortable - which is after all, the most important part of a hotel stay.

After a horrifying experience checking into the Superlodge in Lethbridge, booked through Booking.com. The staff and managers at the Quality Inn and Suites took excellent care of us! They were more than accommodating and friendly!! We were in a state of fear when we entered the lobby after having experienced some terrifying altercations at the previous place we had booked, full of junkies and drug dealers and prostitutes, we were genuinely scared to death! The staff and managers at the Comfort Inn and suites took the care to help us, accommodate us above expectations and helped calm us down from the shaking mess we were when we entered!!! Wonderful staff!!! Thank you Comfort Inn and Suites!!

Everything was great

The hotel was low-key and there appeared to be not too many guests. The breakfast served included almost anything you'd want to have including fresh fruit. It started early and was not crowded on the days were were there. The staff is super friendly and they practice COVID-19 procedures very well. The bed was wonderful!

The hotel suited our purpose and there is very little not to like!

The staff members were amazing! and super friendly. We had a small dog, and they were very accommodating. The room was also very nice.

It was all good. The breakfast was a little generic, but was okay

The staff were all so friendly and helpful. They were supportive when they learned that our son was in the ICU. The room was large and we appreciated having a separate seating area. it was very clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a large window and we had all of the room amenities we needed.

It was convenient as it was close to highway staff was super friendly.

I didn't like the fact that the peep wholes were so big that a person could look clearly into my room so I stuffed a tissue in it .

Our family enjoyed our stay. The pool slide was fun for the children. The full breakfast was very good, though busy with school teams.

The bathroom sink was not separate from the toilet and shower.

I like that they had a breakfast and it was clean.

The pool was not working but there was no compensation. The reason we booked was so the kids could swim. Also the beds were too hard.
