Econo Lodge Inn and Suites Lethbridge

The staff was amazing, the room was very clean and modern. The renovations were done extremely well. The breakfast area was clean and tidy. Parking lot was cleared of all snow so parking was nice. They handled our broken door fairly promptly. The repair man came at 11:00 at night to get us into our room do to malfunction of the key pad.

I think they could offer some kind of protein for breakfast ( eggs of some kind or a sausage patty). Carbs just do not work for most people. We did not expect a full hot breakfast but a boiled egg or something like that would have been nice.

The room is tastefully decorated and it has laminated floors, making it much easier to clean (no filthy carpets!). The bed was comfortable for me but uncomfortable for my husband. They have a very decent continental breakfast with many options. Our room was surprisingly quiet although the hotel was full. The addition of a microwave is great, but we didn't use it. Overall, we would definitely stay here again. Location is great and there are lots of dinning options within walking distance. Behind the hotel there is a very nice neighborhood to go out on a walk. If you feel like walking, the Japanese garden is within walking distance and very accessible from the hotel.

Room was spacious and elegant. Enjoyed the kitchenette. Breakfast was good, we had parking close to our room. Location was excellent and we were able to get around main attractions.

The room was a corner back one with no view at all - the windows were facing the inner hallway. The WiFi was sluggish somehow.

Room was comfortable and parking was right out our door. Charming, bright rooms as they each had a large window.

Treadmill in exercise room didn't work for either of our stays. Breakfast was average and not as good as some other places we've stayed.

The room was obviously redecorated recently and the furniture looked very modern. The draperies looked lux, like silk, and the bed was VERY comfortable. The room was painted nicely and even though the bathroom had not been renovated it was in good shape. The fridge, tv, iron were all in good working order. Breakfast was a muffin and yogurt or fresh fruit, individually wrapped.

The air conditioner was loud but worked well. The air didn't circulate in the room unless it was on so we kept turning it off and on.

We always stay at the Econolodge in Lethbridge when traveling that route. The rooms are clean, quiet and the staff is great. Always a welcome face after a long day of driving. Excellent breakfast in the morning to get you going. It is an excellent place to stop.

Breakfast was great. Sadly only hot options were make-your-own waffles (which was awesome!) and toast. Hardboiled eggs were available, microwaveable oatmeal, cereal, bagels, muffins, yogurt. Whipped butter!

Not much. Old A/C unit was pretty loud, that's all. Bad cable package. Horrid. Basic as basic can be.

The usual bed and breakfast. Great staff and all amenities are within the same area.

The A/C vent cannot be adjust. No extra chair to use when couples use the room

Laundry machines were provided, but I couldn't do laundry on my last night because the machines only take loonies and the front desk was unable to make any change. That was very inconvenient

Super friendly staff; good value for money; I had a suite for 7 days: it was comfy, clean and quiet - just perfect for me.
