the breakfast offered fresh and varied options of great quality. Also everything was really clean. The breakfast service started at 6:30 which was good as I needed to check out early. The staff was incredibly kind and always willing to help, and offered a good service. Also, The bar has a good cozy atmosphere to enjoy a drink or a coffee while the prices are honest.

- I got woken up early in the morning because of the noise of water running through pipes. I'm a light sleeper though, so I fear that when neighbours use showers early in the morning, it could wake up certain people.

We are from Florida. My husband was having surgery in Belgium. The staff went over and above to assist us while my husband was in the hospital and after. They called for taxis, translated food orders, delivered room service, called the pharmacy. Brought us extra towels, pillows etc. One staff member actually went out on their own time and bought us a coffee press. The hotel is very clean and nicely appointed. This hotel has pleasantly surprised me. It was not too big, but quiet and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had excellent choices no matter you would like, all fresh and well organized. It was located in the centre of the city, walking distance to Grote Markt, stations, restaurants, bars and shops. Saturday there was a market close by. I would stay there again without hesitation. Highly recommend!

The appearance and cleanliness of this lovely hotel. Every area is so well maintained and spotless, including the secure underhotel car park. The helpfulness and friendliness of every single member of staff. The location to the square, shopping, and bars and restaurants.

Nice room. Quiet room with comfy bed. Clean and nice bathroom.

I was asked on arrival on my motorcycle if I'd like parking in underground carpark. Of course I said yes please. Only to find out next day when leaving I had to pay €16.50! I was not impressed with that to say the least.

Excellent service from very friendly staff Staff prepared to go the extra mile. Flight delayed and arrived at midnight. Happy to organise our transportation from airport and provide a healthy snack. Very large room with beautiful bathroom

customer service was absolutely excellent. accommodated us for an extremely late (2 AM) check-in. this is very small, but we loved the fact that when we ran out of towels, we called the front desk, and within maybe 3 minutes we had a whole batch of towels. it’s the little things!

Very friendly, helpful staff. Great location and a good sized bedroom with modern bathroom. Plus a generous breakfast buffet and parking under the hotel. What more could you ask for ?
