Adina Apartment Hotel Vienna Belvedere

I had a fantastic stay here. To be transparent, it is a little out of the way from the center of Vienna - however, I enjoyed the quietness of the area and it is a quick tram ride right into the middle of things. It's also walking distance from Belvedere, which made visiting both upper and lower Belvedere really easy. The hotel itself was clean, modern, and safe. They have 24x7 front desk reception and your key card will only allow you to go to the floor that your room is located on. Beyond that the staff is amazing - everyone from reception to housekeeping are warm and helpful, they work to put you at ease and as one staff member said to me "we make sure that no one staying with us is stressed out - we'll take care of it". Hofer (basically Aldi) is located a couple of blocks away - which was useful when stocking the kitchen (the kitchen itself is fantastic, with all the pots, pans, and cooking implements you need). The housekeeping team will provide you tablets for the washing machine and the dishwasher. The room itself is wonderfully spacious, and well designed. As someone who is working remotely, I didn't feel cramped in any way - there was a table, a separate couch, TV, etc. The bathroom was gorgeous and modern, with a towel warmer and rain-shower head. There is also a fitness room and pool, which are gorgeous - though I didn't personally end up using them. I would absolutely return and stay here again and again.

My single complaint was that the wifi was very very very spotty, which made it tricky to work from. If you aren't working remotely this might not mean much to you, but if you are, you may consider bringing a hotspot or backup.

The location is good. Just 1-2min walk you can reach the platform of the central train station. Nearby there is also a stop of tram route D for the core part of the city

Triple room was charged with higher rate but it was just to open up the sofa bed in the same room size for two persons. It became a bit crowded.

Nice staff. Clean and well organised apartment with everything you need in it. The pool, though small was great and so was the sauna and gym.

The reception area is a bit underwhelming.A little bit out from the historical centre but great transport links.

The amenities and facilites at the hotel really elevated our weekend stay at Vienna. Well connected too since it's a 5-minute walk from the Hauptbanhof. I would stay here again.

Minor things in our room required technical maintenance like a malfunctioning window lock and bedside lamp although these didn't really affect our stay.

Good location - within easy reach from the airport and close to public transport; not far from the centre. Spaceous, clean, and well equipped room - had everything needed for the stay, including washing machine, small kitchen ready for use. The room was cleaned daily. The breakfast was good - not super rich, but still a good choice of food options. Would consider for next stay and definitely will recommend.

Just a recommendation for TV - consider including an English language documentary and/ or film/ music channel. Small detail, which is not to the hotel - consider it is close to the rail station and when window is opened one might hear the trains passing. Did not bother our stay at all.

Great value. Room with kitchen facilities so no need to spend 20 euros each on breakfast (very well stocked supermarket 2 minutes away!). Decent gym. Nice restaurant nearby and close to museum with Klimt picture.

Nothing really

The location: its just 3 mins from the central station, so if u need to arrive or leave Vienna on the train it's super comfy location. Plus to it the Belvedere park, the Palace and the museum is nearby. And the proper roof top bar is the next building. The cleaning standard is really high. The hotel is pretty new, so u will enjoy the great condition of shower and the full equipted kitchen. The stuff is very friendly. The breakfast is worth it. I would definitely recommend the hotel in case u need a place not far from the central station.

The pool is actually very small. It's only possible to swim if there are two of you, maximum three ppl. I came there early morning and the pool was full of people who just seat and don't move. I actually overpay for the hotel cause of pool facilities, that's why I was disappointed.

Good ammenities, exellent breakfast, friendly staff. Good location - walking minutes from the Main Train Station and Underground. Travelled with kids - got 2 studios, doors between rooms were opened making a great family apartmentl, easy to overlook for kids. Pet friendly. Good parking option (garage), considering the location and parking problem in Viena.

Not really hotel fault but also not mine: we rented 2 rooms. In one of the rooms previous turists cooket using oriental spices and smell persisted for days. Even if the hotel staff tried to clean, smell still persisted. Hotel reception mentioned as being a big issue with some people.

1. We loved the location, just a few meters from the train station. The staff is very friendly and helpful. When I asked for something they arrived quickly 2. The area of the hotel is quiet and safe ( it is important to us) 3. The room has a washing machine and dryer - a big plus. We could wash and dry the clothes we flew with. 4. There are several supermarkets in the area. 5. The pool is very nice and warm (but lacks towels, we came in the evening and there were no towels at all) 6. The cappuccino at the bar is very tasty. Reasonable price relative to the city. Recommend !! 7. The water in the lobby is very tasty 8. Everywhere in the hotel there is a disinfection stand for hands - important during the covid-19 period

1. Breakfast is not good at all. Even the jams are canned and were really synthetic. Not at the level of eating. Only the coffee is delicious! 2. There are no slippers or bathrobes in the room (disadvantage of having a pool in the hotel). slippers are available on request. But there are no robes at all. 3. After cleaning, do not bring a towel to the kitchen

The staff were so welcoming and accommodating. The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was very good. A really great stay.
