Everything was as described - clean and comfortable room with nice buffet breakfast. Very close to the main strain station (8 minutes walking distance).

We were charged 5€ more as they said the price on booking.com is wrong.

The train station and bus stops were a short walk away. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was very good. The gentleman on duty the day we checked out was very helpful and allowed us to leave our luggage for several additional hours before we had to catch our train.

No tea or coffee facility in the room. The room was small but sufficient for an overnight stay. It was quite far from the old town centre - not walking distance. Please note: This hotel is not suitable for anyone with a physical disability.

Easy walk from the main station(4mins). Mirabella Gardens close by. Old town a pleasant stroll away. Lovely location, clean, safe environment. Our room was very comfortable and all amenities worked perfectly. Staff were very helpful with suggestions and directions. Would definitely recommend.

From the moment we rode up to the hotel (Friday evening) the staff were very helpful with guidance on parking, what to do and where to park up. Location of the hotel is within a very short walk to the main attractions, so not much more to say, breakfast was of a high quality and a good selection of both hot and cold options. We took advantage of their storage on checkout, to further explore Salzburg, before we finally left late afternoon.

Nothing, my friends and me had a great stay at this hotel, no issues or negative thoughts

My friend and I have stayed at this hotel four years ago. We came back because of the friendly staff, great breakfasts, great location and closeness to both Salzburg Train Station and Mirrabelle Platz. Whilst the rooms seemed smaller to those in 2019, the breakfasts were still plentiful and enjoyable, the staff very friendly and helpful and central location again, much appreciated. Also felt it was very terrific value for money and we greatly appreciated staying in a smaller hotel, in a quiet neighbourhood.

Really haven't got an issue or experience to list that we didn't like. Like 2019, it was a very enjoyable place to stay. The property had a lovely 'homely' feel about it, that often a lot of bigger chains cannot provide. I will definitely stay at this property again if lucky enough to revisit Salzburg!

Close to train station and short walk to centre. Very clean, quiet area, comfortable beds. fabulous walk in power, rain shower. Manager, gave interesting facts and advice on what yo do and where to go.Even came out in the rain to give directions. Very Very hospitable and kind ( lovey man) Appreciate the coffee he gave prior to breakfast opening. Breakfast for one of us was fabulous. Plenty of choice- hot and cold- Breakfast staff attentive and accommodating. Lively hotel. Woukd definitely recommend and stay again.

Even though I had specified and emailed in advance. Assured they would provide this. The ony option was the butter and milk upon request.

The location is wonderful for travel by train, just a short walk. The breakfast service was excellent, not the most variety but constantly replenished and the coffee was very good.

Reception upon arrival was not at all welcoming but on the second day, the man working was very helpful and friendly. Everywhere we have stayed in Austria there is no kettle in the room but this hotel does not offer 24-hour service so hot water access is limited. I was unfortunately under the weather during the stay and would have appreciated tea at the end of the night. Additionally, the bathroom needs a deep clean.

This hotel was perfect for me. The location is excellent, just 5 minutes walk from the train station, and 10 minutes walk to Mirabell Palace and Gardens, which is just out side of the Old Town. The Old Town is not big, and has most of the attraction to see in Salzburg. Breakfast is included in the price, and is very good. It has all your breakfast needs, and I could not ask for more. My room was a single, small, but very nice and clean. I was very satisfied and happy with my stay, and will certainly stay again.

This place is only a few minutes walk to & from the train station. The attractions can be walking distance if you are up to it or you can take an Uber ride if public transportation is not available (Sundays), the bus stop is by the front entrance. They provide daily buffet breakfast starting at 7am. However, the front desk staff who are very polite can give you hot water per request. The rate is affordable considering the size of the room & the bathroom which is cleaned daily. Even if the room is by the street corner it was surprisingly quiet.

The room has a small personal fridge, not cold enough. There's no kettle in the room but you can ask for hot water in the front desk.
