Quest Moonee Valley

Because of my own inexperience booking online, I didn't specify all of my requirements and the initial room I was given was unsuitable to our needs The staff were quick to understand and we were given the "right" room asap. The new room was on the ground floor, as we are an elderly couple and don't manage stairs well. Both rooms were "studio apartments", were clean, well equipped and included all the amenities as promised. The bed was very comfortable and extra towels provided on request. Parking was very convenient, just outside the entry point.

two people with a bathroom each, excellent - no sharing. Beds were very comfy, we always take our own pillows, but these were not really necessary for this accommodation. Full size fridge was an added bonus.

The plug in the en-suite sink was missing - and has since been reported.

The beds were very comfortable and the staff we met, I believe Sara? Was extremely friendly and respectful. The suite was very clean and everything was easy to navigate

We weren't sure about how to go about using any of the facilities. So maybe provide a manual or a guide in regards to the laundry facilities, the kitchen and even basic information like about the pool would be really useful for future patrons I think.

Excellent location and refurbished rooms are clean and airy.

The bed and pillows were very soft and the shower cubicle very small. I was charged an extra $10 for parking but wasn’t able to secure a spot overnight.

All was amazing !! Just a shoutout to management for an early check in I was unwell with bad migraine they were amazing and even asked my husband in the morning how I was feeling definitely above and beyond

Perfect being straight across the road from Moonee Valley. Everything was great except walking up the stairs, would’ve preferred a lift with my health. Otherwise would stay again.

No lift, the pillows were very high.

Great location, friendly staff at reception and room was very clean and spacious for us all. Two bedroom apartments, lots of room.

The ensuite bathroom shower didn't work, no water would come out. We all had to use the same bathroom to shower, didn't realise until late at night so only told reception at checkout.

Really large and comfortable room for a studio apartment. Facilities were fantastic with great laundry access included. Staff were very friendly and helpful. On site parking was super handy and located nearby to a range of shops and restaurants.

It was close to where we needed to be and it was bright airy and comfortable

The flights of stairs to the top floor! Should have a lift or access for older people or people with a disadvantage

This place is great stayed here 4 times now and will be staying here lots more great rooms and facilities and the rooms are clean awesome view of the moonee valley racecourse
