Peppers Broadbeach

Fantastic location right next to great restaurants, cafés and shopping. Amazing view of the surrounding skyline and ocean with a sunny aspect on the balcony. Plenty of space to move around and store things. Convenient and plentiful amenities and equipment in the room and in the gym/pool/game room. Nice bathroom onsuite with big window and dual basins. Overall very lovely, clean and modern. The reception staff were fantastic - very friendly and professional at all times.

Two lifts (of four) weren't functional so waiting times were quite long. The lotions supplied in the bathroom and shower only had 1-2 uses in them. One bathroom light flickered on and off sometimes. There was no door card to let housekeeping know to clean the room. The coffee table legs are hard to see and jut out slightly, which injured one of us a bit the night before a marathon!

Absolutely amazing apartment. The family loved everything about it from the superb central location, the expansive views out along broadbeach, the stunning sunrise breaking through your windows each morning effectively nudging you to get up and enjoy the day ahead to the wonderful poolside location and well appointed and ample size rooms. This is a quality hotel that frankly did not disappoint in any way possible. Highly recommend this from a couple looking for that beautiful getaway right through to the family wanting the slightly more relaxed and less busy feel of Surfers.

The view was incredible! We were absolutely thrilled with it. The location was extremely convenient. The rooms were all lovely along with the bathrooms. The quality extras really add to the overall experience. It was an incredible position and outlook and we would love to return and enjoy more time at the property. We were all extremely grateful for the upgrade. Thank you so much.

The deck needs a little maintenance work. Possibly from the effect of the sea spray. (Stalactight formations, and stains on the deck tiles.) We did use the built in coffee machine once. We mentioned to reception on our departure that our daughter had an allergic reaction which needed medical treatment. She had consumed nothing other than a coffee from that machine and has never had a coffee or milk allergy in the past. In actual fact, she’s never had an allergic reaction in the past. She is medically trained and knew the correct medication so all was fine however we did mention it so that it could be cleaned and serviced to avoid an incident for another guest in future.

we loved the views and that the windows wrapped around the whole apartment, so even though we didn’t have “ocean views” we could still see the ocean out both sides The main bedroom and ensuite was beautiful ( loved the touch of luxury with the robes and slippers ) we loved the zen garden .. beautiful and relaxing

There was food crumbs under the coffee table, there was only 2 of the 4 elevators working on the first day which meant waiting ages to go anywhere and we had booked a 2 bedroom ( 2 king beds ) and our guests ended up in single beds

Excellent space with good views over Broadbeach and the beach Room was clean Plenty of space and lovely balconies Decent sized bedrooms Superb showers - large, almost instantaneous heat and very powerful Big fridge

A/C kept needing to be reset - can either have on for the living area or the bedrooms, but kept loosing the ability to set the temperature or fan speed Lack of bin space Difficult to find out where to park in the underground car park initially, soon became apparent though!

Amazing location. We were on level 6 but had a fantastic view of the ocean. Apartment was beautifully furnished. Loved that we were so close to everything. Great restaurants below and beach 5 minutes walk.

The car parking was a bit of an issue. We parked in the basement car park where we had to swipe to get into and parked on a red dot as instructed but woke to an $88 dollar fine. The receptionist said they would sort it out. Hopefully that will happen.

Excellent one bedroom apartment in perfect location. short stroll to beach and restaurants, supermarkets and Bottle shop within a very short distance. We had a partial water view we didn’t have a car and this wasn’t a problem.

Pool area didn’t get much sun. Bed is firm but still comfy

Amazing one night stay thou it was a pricey one due to Mother's day weekend. Two bedroom apartment was very spacious for 4 adults+ 1 infant. Top class apartment with great facilities. Friendly receptionist. Fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. coffee making facility, dryer, washer, fridge, microwave, oven and heaps more. Amazing view from the 13th floor Overall, we had a great stay and will consider coming back

Need better signage with your parking space. Seems like in a treasure hunt finding the car pack then got lost making our way up to the room. Please improve this as we were not the only one got lost. Few other guests had similar experience.

The facilities & cleanliness of same. The location close to attractions, restaurants, supermarkets. The comfort of the room and the view and security of the complex

The couch in our room could of been more comfortable. The lighting could be improved in our unit by updating to LED lighting.

The size and space of the apartment was brilliant also the location. Unfortunately we were only here for a night but knowing how spacious and ease of access to everything we would need it’s definitely where we will be booking for future family holidays.

There wasn’t anything to not like parking was a little tricky but thats to be expected and if you’re prepared for that it’s not a problem at all.
