I loved the cleanliness, The friendliness and helpfulness of your staff. The moment we told them that we had had no internet service the last time we stayed, they were sure to put us in the room that had a good strong internet signal. They listen to our concerns and the address them immediately. They let us know to please contact him if there was any issues in the future.

Once again, I wish your breakfast was just an hour later. When you're on holidays you like to take your time. Relax. Get up in the morning. Have your shower lays about a bit and then think about eating. Unfortunately, your breakfast ends by 9:00 a.m. this leaves the lazy relaxing traveler out of the loop for breakfast.

The room was large and clean. The beds were very comfy. The Breakfast had made to order eggs and real oatmeal. Also the coffee was great. They had a reception time that we weren't able to make but it was nice they had it. The pool and fitness center looked good. Didn't have time to use them either. Tub and shower are separate and very nice. Loved the shampoos and soaps.

People in the room above were walking and running (probably kids) back and forth sooo much and late at night. That was loud. Also only one small elevator for 6 floors. Waited a lot for the elevator. The neighborhood seems to be in decline.

We stay here every time we come to Bellingham. We have a WWU student so we come often. We like the attractive and updated appearance of the hotel and the rooms. We especially like the attractive and spacious bathrooms and the seating area in the rooms. The included breakfast is one of the best we’ve ever had at a hotel, and the breakfast staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Still hoping that boarded up Pier 1 right outside the hotel will become a restaurant or something else. It’s not very attractive and makes the area feel unsafe, even though we do not feel unsafe there. This is not the fault of the hotel but we hope the hotel owners are putting pressure on the owners of that property to do something about it. No change in at least the one year+ that we have been coming.

Great value for money. Rooms were large and very clean. We were upgraded to a larger room to fit all 5 of us at no cost. They gave us an extra appetizer because it was my birthday. The pool is on the smaller size but my kids can have fun in anything. Free evening drink was a nice touch. Breakfast in the morning was tasty and had everything we needed. The breakfast staff was very friendly and helpful. We would 100% stay here again or at another Oxford suites hotel.

This property is updated, clean, and very conveniently located. It is 15 minutes from the WWU campus, right next door to a full shopping mall including Target, Macys, Kohl’s, etc., and near several restaurants. The staff is very friendly, and the included breakfast is much better than most hotel breakfasts.

No complaints. It is set back off the main road so you do have to watch for the sign. Hopefully the boarded up Pier 1 in front of the hotel, which is pretty unattractive and has garbage in its parking lot, will be changed soon, ideally to a mid-level family restaurant.

The room layout and furniture were great! The bed was so comfortable. The breakfast buffet had so many tasty options!! That was my favorite part. The pool area looked great, and the hours were perfect, but alas I missed out on that, but I'm looking forward to next time. Best of all, the people were so friendly. And brave, actually. There was a dangerous issue with a guest who was in severe distress, and the desk guy was calm and brave. You've got excellent employees! I hope they're compensated well.

This hotel is wonderful. It’s only about 7 years old so it’s very fresh with a nice current decor. The staff were exceptionally friendly, especially the kitchen staff serving breakfast, who went out of their way to be kind and helpful. The included hot breakfast was better than most places. It wasn’t self serve, but they give you anything you ask for, and very large portions of eggs, potatoes, etc. The room was spacious with a very large, nice bathroom which included a separate tub and glass enclosed shower. Everything was great. The location is next to anything you might need, and is about 10 minutes from Western Washington University. If our son decides to go WWU, we will stay here every time, even though there might be a couple of places a few minutes closer to campus.

The room was fantastic and we loved that the tub was separate from the shower. Everthing including the comfortable bed was above expectation. Breakfast is over a little early for a relaxing holiday.

A little concerned that breakfast ends so early given that we are on a holiday. Might not choose this place next time just for that reason. We love breakfast, but in order to get any you got to be out of bed early cause it is over at 9am.

Very comfortable and spacious room, very clean. The only thing is they do not offer a DVD players only TVs in rooms so we didnot watch a movie we brought with us. Nice breakfast area, friendly staff and the location is easy to reach and convenient. We also heard nice comments from other guests

No DVD/blueray player in the room. Bring a portable one if you need it. WI FI slow.

Great location, amazing staff, room was very comfortable and well arranged. They have Starbucks coffee in the room! Social hour in the evening! Got hot breakfast!

The only change I would make is add some lighting above the coffee bar in the room. Kind of dark without turning on the main lights in the room and waking everyone up 😆.
