Home2 Suites by Hilton Bellingham

This is a great place to stay in Bellingham. The staff is always helpful and the kitchen is stocked for basic cooking. If I’m staying for a longer time are usually ask for the induction burner to use in the kitchen so I can do more than microwave cooking. Everything about the room is comfortable and will set up.

The only problem I had was I had to catch an early flight in Seattle and there was no coffee ready. He said it would be about five minutes, but I really couldn’t wait that long.

I liked having the home-like kitchenette in the suite. Allowed us to have Thanksgiving leftovers with family.

I deeply consider COVID is still a concern as well as the Flu. My biggest concern with our stay was the lack of hand sanitizer in the dispensers!!!!! It’s even a stated notice at the Reception desk to use hand sanitizer! Also, the dispenser was empty at the breakfast serving area!! It’s important to have the dispensers.

I loved our room! The bed was very comfortable. It was clean. It was big. It had a kitchen! More than I expected! The only thing I wish it had was conditioner for my hair. Not a big deal though.

My only complaint is the lack of staff. They were short handed and it made a few things difficult like getting extra pillows, breakfast kept running out and only one person was there to refill things, checking out I waited 5 minutes before having to find someone. I’m not mad or upset by that. I understand times are tough right now.

It was good and was available longer than most. The most important thing is the people who work there. I came to be with my friend who was dying and had lived there for several years. We asked to use the conference room for a small party for him and they not only granted our request but decorated it for us. They are people of compassion, efficiency and great communication skills. You don't find people like them often; for the sake of your customers and the strength of your business do everything you can to reward them and retain them.

We liked the pool and the size of the room. We also liked free parking and breakfast! The gym was clean!

The pool and sauna water was a bit dingy, the game room was not operational, there were some missing kitchen appliances we needed, and we were put in a room next to a main entry exit ( super noisy. )

The couch bed awful the metal string could be felt. Pool an Jacuzzi dirty water green/brown. An area in pool filthy honestly I can see why barely was in the pool got my kiddos in pool but Jacuzzi was the dirtiest!!!

I loved all the amenities and the willing to cater to the attendees. the suite gave us plenty of options to cook in room and we enjoyed our trip throughly.

the bed was extremely hard, best hotel experience but hard to sleep with the discomfort of the bed.

View from 3rd floor facing south. Very nice staff, especially Lynn who did breakfast for us, was sweet, nice, very helpful, and clear when answering questions.

Shower took a bit of time to heat up. The manual in the room was not updated to covid.

My room was clean and comfortable. I loved having a kitchen during my stay. The pool and hot tub areas were wonderful and the laundry was very affordable. More than anything, the staff were excellent. I had a challenge that was addressed and taken care of right away.

Good location, very clean, room was better than expected, had nice kitchenette with good size refrigerator with freezer.

People smoking to close to entrance, not much variety for breakfast, sitting area for breakfast to small.
