Location was great, room clean

The bartender Katlynn if that was really her name was the rudest person I have ever met and did not know how to treat people. Unbelievable

BF and I went for a weekend getaway during the off-season. Room was comfortable and clean. The view of the ocean was excellent; even with the snow and wind. We checked out the indoor pool - it was a welcome retreat from the cold and snow! The game room was a nice touch; loved being able to play Ms. Pac Man again! However, the game should probably have some maintenance - it was very "shaky". The Shoreline Grill restaurant was cozy and the food and drinks were awesome! Jennifer (our server) was great, and the chef seemed very friendly!

The only real gripe was the bathroom in the room. It was very small and tight. There was virtually no room to place any of our toiletries on the sink basin. I would definitely suggest an update! Also, more of an annoyance really - the WiFi did not seem to work. Maybe we had an old passcode, or the storm was interfering with it. We wound up simply using our networks for internet.

Needed refreshing up , rooms needed to be cleaner ! Definitely the glass doors they had finger prints all over it!!! Some House keepers didn’t understand no English at all !!! That’s a Big Pev to me!!!!!

I like everything except that the pool wasn’t clean

I didn’t like that the pool wasn’t clean and my first night couldn’t sleep cause people from downstairs were having a party all night

Location! Ice maker on our floor easy to find and plenty of ice. Elevator was pretty fast and there were several available. View was great. Florence at the desk was OUTSTANDING.

My husband had to do repair on shower head. Jacuzzi only had HOT water. One elevator broke down twice while we were there. They had no housekeeping services. Used bottles of shampoo and conditioner left in shower. Air-conditioner temperature control was wrong. No adjoining rooms offered. One room had broken door connection on balcony door and we couldn't get to our personal items we left there. (Maintenance did respond quickly). Parking was inconvenient to have to go across the street. We had a medical emergency on the way to the beach and so of the family couldn't come. There was no reduction in price? Crazy.

I loved the view, and I loved the live music at the fish tails restaurant that we got to listen to from our balcony! Another thing I liked is I got the option to choose what floor we were on. I chose 3rd so we were to high with little ones; but not to low either so we could get a great view.

Honestly, the only two things is that when we first checked in, the room we were given was not ready BUT the staff done awesome and gave us a new one, and I honestly liked that location better anyways. The second is that, they don’t clean the rooms while you’re there, which I kinda respect that because it’s like you’re getting your own privacy but then, I feel like you don’t get enough towels etc! Butttt if you ask for more, they’ll bring you more. They were nice about everything so I can’t say too much.

The room was not as clean as I was expecting

Such nice facilities with 2-3 restaurants as part of the property. Fitness room and a business center, too. and an indoor and outdoor pool.

The hotel was beautiful and clean. The location and ocean views were amazing! We loved the convenience of a restaurant in the hotel, and it was delicious! Beds were comfortable too.

Didn't like that we had to "request" housekeeping. That should automatically be done when we leave for the day. I'm sure she doesn't have to "request" to get paid. The handicapped bar in the shower was so low- pretty much useless. We had no idea how to operate the dinosaur coffee machine- wasn't even a known brand! The chairs on the balcony were very uncomfortable, we had to bring out the indoor chairs..
