Great breakfast with hot and cold options. Particularly appreciated proteins (eggs, sausage) in addition to carbohydrates (pancakes, cereal, baked items). I don't drink coffee, but the coffee station received high praise from the group of morning guests gathered around it.

The hydration station on our floor only dispensed ice, and not water. Had to go to ground floor to refill water bottles. A minor inconvenience, though, and not a major complaint.

The beds are so comfortable! We usually try and find a Tru By Hilton hotel when we are needing to go out of town. The rooms are so clean and cool looking. The bathroom is very clean and spacious! My kids love the downstairs where they can hang out and play games.

Just a couple of things, but they wouldn't keep us from staying in the future. 1. Lack of storage space 2. Microwave in the room (I know there is one downstairs)

The room, while clean and the bath very nice, I was bare bones, no chair or her than the desk chair and no closets- just pegs to put your clothes. The upscale Scandinavian design does not make up for the absence of basic room amenities. Common areas very nice but you are not sleeping in the common area.

We lived how our room had my name on the TV welcoming us into it. We loved how quiet it was considering it was close by to an interstate. We also loved how no matter what when we entered the room it smelled soooooooo good.

We were a little disappointed that there was not a microwave in the room but other than that that would be all.

Great stay!! Bed was very comfortable and linens were updated. Was incredibly clean and pleasant. Check in was easy and reception was very good. Just stopped on our way from Florida to New York and needed a nights sleep. This was a great find and will aim to get that far when heading north every time from now on!

The hotel was great. The team there went above and beyond to accommodate us. My son met us the 2nd day and they conveniently switched us to two queens. The people there were very kind and thoughtful. You can tell they like working with one another.

the charge for a small, perfectly trained dog was exorbitant. the room cost $134 and the dog cost $75. this is NOT pet friendly!

It was very nice, fresh, and very clean. Beds were comfortable. Easy access off the interstate.

A little more lighting on the right side of the bed would have been nice. The left side of the bed had good lighting.

Great room, exceptionally clean, fantastic breakfast (included), friendly staff, affordable price, and extremely convenient to I81. Suffice it to say that the hotel exceeded our expectations.
