Hampton Inn Salt Lake City Cottonwood

The room was spacious, including the bathroom, which made it nice for the family. The room and facilities were clean, pool was nice. The front desk employee was very helpful with suggestions on places to eat and things to do. Also very helpful when we had a get together one evening in the lobby with a small group. Breakfast was awesome.

The hotel was a very nice and comfortable place to stay. I felt safe and comfortable. The hotel was in a nice area,The previous night I had stayed by the airport and had some difficulties with the other guests being loud and obnoxious and drunk at 1:30 in the morning. It was very unsettling. Hampton Inn was just the opposite- excellent location.

the hotel is way too overpriced to not offer cleaning every day. you can tell it’s understaffed by the amount of things not taken care of in the moment, like the trash on our floors hallway that smelled like a rotten diaper.

Location, comfortable bed, bathroom. Coffee was good.

Hairs on floor in bathroom, noisy A/C, which also blew like a tornado. Had to put a towel over half of it to reduce the draft. There was no possibility to have the fan only on the A/C. The USB ports by the bed were not working.

The room was clean. There was availability last minute. Close proximity to family.

Beds felt small. Bedding was small. But it was last minute so grateful we could be at a Hampton . Enjoyed hot tub. Pool was nippy. Breakfast was great !!

Room was very nice, lots of space and quite modern. Remote controlled blinds, thermostat on the wall, a doorbell - nice touches. We had an accessibility room that had plenty of support bars and a shower seat, but one of the small tubs rather than a shower.

Very little parking. It was full at 9p on Friday night, so I parked in a handicap spot rather than park on the street or at another building.

-Lack of lyft and Uber in area ( not hotels fault) -Reservations needed for jacuzzi ( but it’s within covid restrictions so not a problem if you plan)

The staff were exceptionally helpful. All were friendly. Breakfast was ok, other than the coffee was out for over 20 minutes. I would stay here again.

Other guests using pool then leaving water on floor. I have balance problems, use a cane, and almost fell in the hallway.

Location was great! Close to I-215. Easy to get to. Room was very clean, staff was very nice. They even give you a bag with 2 water bottles in them. Breakfast was better than expected.

Price is always an issue for 1 night.

Clean, comfortable, spacious, the staff very helpful. Our TV didn’t work but they came to our room found out one cables was missing they offered us another room but we were tired and it was late, besides we were already set there. Over all very good place.

No complains or comments everything was very good.
