The location is great, right off I -15. The room was very comfortable . I particularly liked that the bathroom fan was an option and didn't come on automatically like in so many hotel rooms. Little things like that can get very annoying.

The only thing I didn't like was that there was no routine cleaning, emptying garbage or restocking of coffee and toiletries until the 4th day. I don't mind not having my sheets changed or getting new towels every day, but I shouldn't have to ask for more coffee or not have the garbage cans emptied. That said, when I did request more coffee from the front desk, I thought I would get it the next morning, but within 10 minutes someone delivered it along with more cups to my door. Very service oriented.

We were travelling with a 4 year old and it was great to have a pool and a washing machine my all the shops and restaurants so close-by. Also, the room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet was better than expected with some really friendly staff there.

The first room we got had a strange odor to it but when we told reception we got moved to another room without further questioning.

Several of the most important things to me when I travel are customer service and cleanliness. The place did exceed my expections in both areas. All staff were very friendly and helpful, the room and facility was very clean. The hot breakfast had a great variety and was very tasty. I'll be staying here again.

It would have been nice to know that they don't make up room every day, clean linens. I didn't realize this ans I would have requested it.

this was our last nite in Utah after spending four nights in Provo for a hockey tournament and having to change rooms twice, The Marriott in Provo was miserable completely messing up the entire teams’ reservations This Best Western property was a welcome change, the room was the great, the staff super helpful and the location terrific

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay something to remember. They were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were large and extremely clean.

We arrived on a State Holiday, not knowing a lot of businesses were closed. We were not prepared to go to the festivities in SLC.

The location was perfect for us and breakfast had a lot of options! The beds were comfy and the pool and hot tub were great temperatures. The staff was super friendly and helpful to answer any questions we had and help with requests.

We found some old food in our room that was missed from clean up but other than that our stay was great.

We always choose Best Western Plus because the beds are consistently comfortable.

My only complaint was a barking dog in the room next to us. I didn't know these were 'pet friendly' hotels before this trip. I like dogs, but I don't think they should be allowed in hotel rooms. Maybe have special rooms set apart where they won't bother other guests.

Good location. We appreciated very much the friendly and helpful staff. The lady at the desk when we arrived was friendly, made us feel welcome and the gentleman that assisted my husband when we checked out was as equally friendly and helpful.

The location is great. Easy access on and off freeway, yet tucked away quietly. Love the trees!! The staff is always great. The beds are comfortable.

Didn't like having to leave. We have stayed here probably over 20 times.
