Very clean and comfy.

There was no breakfast ☹️😕 why say that there will be breakfast if there’s not. I was told there would be breakfast just to come down and be told that they don’t serve breakfast on Sunday. What hotel doesn’t serve breakfast on a weekend? Those are the busiest days! Other than that everything was okay. I just feel like you guys need to mention the days you serve and don’t serve breakfast if it isn’t daily like you advertise.

Pros: comfortable suite, night lady Vanessa was a smiling face and nice, soft bed and pillows, better WIFI, good but small clean front desk, free parking, 2.5 star hotel

Cons: NO breakfast other than coffee, no smart TV, too loud fan noise on A/C, other day guy and night lady were less than average in customer service, price per night is charged higher when u actually compare value vs your stay and facilities, small bathroom, cheap equipment, limited cheap toiletries, old used towels, was charged 4 nights even when arrived very late on first night and checked out very early morning, check in and check out times earlier than normal, staff was not knowledgeable and was not at front desk at any given time, entrance and exit to the hotel is confusing, hallway smelled of weed throughout the stay.

The bed was extremely comfortable. I was also glad they provided the extra pillows I requested at the time of my booking.

The refrigerator was not cool whatsoever and cause my brand new pint of ice cream I bought from the front desk to melt. The room's air-conditioner was set at 68 but did not cool very well.

The room was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful at the front desk when I needed to have some documents printed. While I was working in the dining area one of the staff asked if I needed more light. Ther light was fine bit I appreciated them asking. I'll be staying there again.

Honestly, it was a fantastic stay all around. My only complaint is that they ran out of breakfast prior to the posted timeframe. However, the coffee was tasty and plentiful. I will be back!

Friendly staff. Good breakfast, close proximity to our activities .

We noticed a bit of trash in our sofa we had to clean out before using the pullout. The mattress was also stained. Our toilet was broken and had been patched with some type of glue.

Room was great. When we arrived back at the hotel we had zero hot water. I notified the front desk and it was promptly resolved.

Breakfast bar was terrible. Juice was almost like water. Need to get off the covid kick and get back to business as usual.

Nice clean rooms and very comfortable beds! My kids loved the room as well…slept for hours!

The breakfast wasn’t that great to me but they did have a nice variety. I’m not much of a breakfast person anyway.

this was an amazing facility it’s off to the side you really can’t hear the road noise.

the only complaint I really have is outside the facility and in the lobby as well as the hallways and elevator smelt of weed.

My debit card wouldn't go thru and was charged and credited back several times. Went to my bank and they said there were funds in the account and that there was no hold. So I'm not sure what was going on. I paid cash for my stay. Breakfast was very limited and lacked substance.

Everything was AWESOME. Manager helped me with a check in problem, it was with my credit card , he took the time to make sure everything got corrected, he was AMAZING
