I am new to the area, and was hoping to find a comfortable hotel near the airport that offers "park and fly" - and this hotel filled the bill! It had free covered parking for my car, which for me was huge. The rooms were quite comfortable and actually had some character, with brick on some walls. They also had a really good, hot breakfast and an early evening "hot snack" buffet, all included in the price. They won me over! I believe they will now be my new local airport hotel "go to." VERY pleased with the entire experience.

The staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The receptionist and assistant manager really helped us a lot with improving our booking, these two ladies were very cordial and helpful. The "happy hour" at the end of the afternoon was a pleasant surprise; the food and drinks offered were of good quality. Breakfast on the next day was crowded and tasty, with varied choice of hot and cold foods. The connection to the motorway is easy, the hotel is close to the airport and amenities in the city.

It was very busy in the parking lot but fortunately we finally found a place. Apart from the adjacent Applebee's, other restaurants require a short drive.

The staff was amazing everyone managers, workers,house keeper mainance everyone was helpful, breakfast was very good even the happy hour was better they will leave the food until everything finished not like other hotels that they will take out the breakfast write at 9 they wait until everything finished I will definitely will book these hotel again, swimming pool was perfect love the way how they had the towels out side the pool..

We were surprised to learn we could get snacks and up to 3 alcoholic drinks per person per night of our stay, but shocked to lear the “snacks” was actually a dinner. We’ve stayed at plenty of hotels that offer free breakfast, but dinner and drinks too was a first for us. Bed was also very comfortable.

Bathroom was small. Had to stand in the shower or straddle the toilet in order to close the door…there was just no room.

The rooms we clean and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was fresh and cooked well with a lot of options. The 5:30 kick off also have well seasoned food and sevetal drink optuon. My family and I will always stay at Drury Plaza Hotel when we visit San Antonio. The pool and hot tub were clean and the weather was.hot

The garage elevator was out of order one day but working the next

The Welcome Gathering from 5:30 - 7:00 for drinks and snacks turned out to be a wonderful dinner buffet. The food was delicious. Same thing at breakfast, an unbelievable spread of food, so many options, all delicious. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. We also liked the free, covered parking. It was easy to get to all the places of interest in San Antonio.

It would have been nice to have a larger countertop in the bathroom area.

Very nice place to stay. The staff were very pleasant and welcoming. The location is excellent! So many restaurants to choose from, and super close to North Star Mall.

The only thing that I did not care for was that you have to request housekeeping services. They don't inform you of that. So when you leave your room, you will come back to how you left it.

the breakfast is amazing!, the staff was very nice and kind, the room is so big and bed so comfy, also the hotel is so close to the mall and easy access to freeway.

the only reason why I can’t give this hotel a 10 is because they keep with some “covid measures”, the most important is that they didn’t do any cleaning in the room, so we stay for 4 nights, that’s a lot for not even pick up the trash from the baskets that were actually full, and I think didn’t make sense because mask are not longer mandatory and practically all the things in SA were like before covid.

it was quiet, very clean, staff was very helpful. secured parking. they offer drinks at night and free breakfast. I was not able to enjoy these as I had family in hospital and could not, so I can't comment on these but I think it's extra nice to offer complimentary drinks, wish I could have partook. Overall I rate it excellent and I'm picky. I would stay there when I come back to San Antonio.

hotel was very large and sort of hard to figure, elevator too slow.

The room was a good size. Hotel itself had great accommodations, like food options for breakfast and dinner and evening happy hour.

I thought the food option for dinner (chicken alfredo) was kinda of bland and very sticky, and chicken had a lot of pepper, my little one's tummy become upset. Staff was polite and would wave or smile in passing but not too much interaction otherwise- front desk and dining area.
