Great location, pet friendly a comfortable setting in the lobby.

The breakfast was kind of blah, very busy, had to wait to get a plate and to get food. The orange juice was out often and not replenished, instead they left it, so people kept trying to get it an just left a mess of cups with water. not a consistent amount of food put out in a timely matter.

Time to get the cook hired and open up the little dinning area for Bkfast. Many places and other Hilton Properties Restaurants are open for businesses as before. Way past time for your Home2 Stay Hilton in San Antonio to open for business.

First impressions very clean front desk lady was very nice room seemed clean

When we left we we’re parked outside of our room could see the cleaning the cleaning ladies through the window. I watched as they didn’t even change the sheets to the bed all they did was make the bed all over again! I could not believe it and now I wonder if they did the same thing prior to us staying there! I was disgusted, how could they not change the sheets especially during this pandemic and the extra precautions that have to be taken! And why would they even have a safety sticker on the door to certify it has been disinfected when in fact it has not but I guess for the 100 dollars I paid for the room I got what I paid for. Honestly my husband and I did the dirty that night I don’t know why anyone would want to sleep On all that after

The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the location ideally close to North Star Mall. Also, the room had a medium size refridgerator, microwave, dishwasher, in fact a functioning mini kitchenette which was a surprise.

Pool is not open 24/7 but that's a minute detail

The room was clean and had decent size microwave, fridge; dish washer was stocked with clean plates, bowls, and utensils. Overall good stay and staff was friendly and helpful.

The breakfast wasn't the greatest. But, server was very helpful and kind. Also, the bathroom needed more towels, considering we were a family of 4.

Cleanliness and location excellent. King bed comfortable yet sofa bed was fair. Staff sent up linens for sofa bed promptly. Breakfast bar was nice.

Our room had pillows but no linens for the sofa bed. Our keys worked only 24 hours, and had to be recoded for our second nights stay.

Restaurants were within walking distance. The hotel was very nice. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

The only thing wrong was we had difficulty getting in our room but it was resolved in a timely matter.

We love Home2! It's our go-to when needing a hotel, always clean and cozy, and the free breakfast is always a hit with my boys! Staff was friendly and assisted in any way they could. No complaints here! 👌😊

Super spacious and clean. Very functional for a family in vacation. Loved the kitchenette and dining table. Most of the front desk folks were super helpful and friendly.

Husband forgot his keycard when he went out at 5am to clean out the car. When he was on his way back in, he was stopped by the front desk and asked if he had a key (first time in a week any of us in the room were asked for proof we were staying there). Unfortunately I had my phone on vibrate and our baby's white noise machine drowned out the calls from the front desk, so he was stuck in the lobby until 7:30am because I had booked in my name and couldn't be reached. He tried showing his ID which showed our same last name and address. He even asked for an escort to the room to try knocking. I was never given an option or opportunity to add another name to the reservation. Or maybe I didn't know that was a thing. Just had us leave on a sour note.

Cleanliness, professional and a very convenient location from the airport and nearby attractions. I'm thinking of coming back for New Year's and this is my place to stay.

Just a minor thing - they ran out of cream cheese for my bagel and it was still early in the morning (8ish morning).
