The free full breakfast was excellent, they always kept the food full, the scrambled eggs and Texas shaped waffles were delicious, everything was good. They even had a expresso machine that my husband liked. The hotel was very nicely decorated and clean.

Our toilet seat was broken room 328, but It was manageable. Nothing else, everything was good, the parking, the lobby.

We liked the family suite room, the all day coffee bar and how convenient the location was for various activities! The pool was great too! Celeste at the front was amazing! She was a gem!!!

Breakfast was very crowded and most items out of stock each morning. We went down by 8:30 both mornings so it was not that we were late. The pull out couch was also very uncomfortable for sleeping on.

Monica was amazing in helping me set up our reservation and made the process less stressful. She was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. Her amazing customer service made the experience even better! The night Audit (I think his name was Will?) Was so kind and patient woth us considering our travel was delayed.

I have no complaints. Our stay was great.

Person at the front desk very helpful and nice , breakfast was great , coffee for the guest all day , room good size .. room need maybe a better cleaning but it’s ok .

Carpet need deep cleaning at the room and the stairs and hallway . When you get out from the bath and your feet still wet your feet get black little bit from carpet

Property was great! Accessible and near stores and restaurants.

I am unaware if each room has to be ADA complaint but took my mom, and she slipped trying to get into tub. No handle for her to grab from and fell to the floor. Additionally they do charge pet fee, i read somewhere in comments that it was $25 (catch is - $50 for any dog above 6lbs pf weight)

Excellent hotel with very nice rooms, great breakfast, toiletries, service, nice bed linens, comfortable bed & pillows, plenty of towels, fast & easy check in with my reservation.

No clock/alarm in room and very difficult to access small driveway off frontage road. If you miss it, very complicated to go back around. No second entrance or exit.

Very cozy and great room. It was one bed but I loved that it was separated from the "living" area. The restrooms were super clean. AC was perfect. And the pull out bed in the living area was pretty comfortable. Also had a lot of lighting. Also offered a small store with toiletries, medicine, and snacks. Completely worth every penny for the price.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The bathroom could be updated. the toilet was a little scary at first. when you flush you can feel everything directly under your feet, it took a couple times to get used to. The Shower curtain was all ripped up at the top and could definitely be replaced. Lastly, the tub was extremely slippery. I almost fell each time I got I the shower

Loved the breakfast served it was the bomb👍and the jacuzzi in the room was good stuff as well one we figured out how to use it

I didn't like the fact that a deposit was taken upon arrival. Was never told on bookings that there would be a deposit of $50. Upon arrival I waited at don't desk for someone for about 20min.

The location was nice but Monica made our stay very special. She is VERY personable, helpful and sweet. She had a pleasant attitude from the time we arrived until we left!

I didn't like being on the first floor (only room available) and loud bass in the parking lot EARLY one morning.
