The room was nicely appointed with modern furnishings and nice linens. The vanity was updated with a quartz countertop and lighted mirror.

The breakfast could use improvement but the price of the overnight stay was so reasonable that it might be too much to ask for something nutritious like some home style oatmeal and some real fruit. The airport shuttle was not free so if you need to be picked up and dropped off maybe staying at a place with free shuttle service may make better sense.

The location around restuarants and stores was a big plus. In walking distance of some Logan's Steakhouse, California Dreaming and Chophouse. Main Event and Topgolf can see from the room. The Breakfast was decent. The staff was helpful and courteous.

Need to double check under the couch pull outs for trash and debries. Also the air conditioner is very loud throughout the night. Had to watch our game on phone device instead of TV. (big football fans) No fault of yours.... would be nice to comcast to tv.

The bed was comfortable, the gym was nice, the breakfast could of been better, I loved the waffles and coffee, they were good. We didn't get to the pool but it look like it would of been great to get in. Overall it was a relaxing say with my man for a couple of days and we will stay again in the future. Thanks again

We didn't like the boiled eggs and sausage, sausage was not cooked all the way. Scrambled eggs would of been better. One customer called them gas station eggs. I didn't like the fact that you had to pay a extra $150 dollars to pay for booking in cash. I'm glad that I had a card with cash on it with me. The ice machine on the third floor was not working and it was hot in the hallway during the day.

We liked the weight room. The pool was really nice, but doesn't open until 10 a.m. and check out is 11 a.m. The bed was pretty comfortable. We just needed a quiet place to relax on the fourth of July.

The air conditioner leaked a lot of water on the carpet by the bed. It didn't smell so great. There was some trash on the floor.

The staff was very nice and accommodating.

There was Laundry only 1 washer and dryer to service multiple soccer teams, the dryer was broken. The staff was very friendly and dried our clothes in the facilities dryer.

All of it. It was a great place to stay.

One foreign female employee was rude and not friendly at all. The rest were very friendly and helpful. The lady doing breakfast couldn't or wouldn't speak a lick of English. Several people were asking her for plates. She didn't even know what a plate was. So I had to show her the spot for plates that was empty. But overall there are so many positives that we love the hotel and will stay again.

Bathrooms, specifically the tub/shower combo needs updates. shower curtain was not wide enough to remain properly closed throughout shower time. Toilet seat would not stay upright unless held. The breakfast service attendant appeared to not be the friendliest or most approachable, but the rest of the staff were very courteous and friendly.

Easy check in and very clean room.

The breakfast could've been longer. We were there on a weekend and the breakfast ended at 9:00am. I was traveling with my children and we did not get to the lobby in time for breakfast.

Cons Wifi spotty sometimes, generally fast though Breakfast is just ok, pretty standard , not much variety

Felt very safe. Lots of updates to the building, some were still going on but it wasn't a nuisance. Very clean. But to get an ADA room they said I could have a room with 1 bed, i was traveling with a friend and her daughter so this was not an option.

No grab bars in bathroom. I recently had spinal fusion after a fractured back and should have had those for safety but when I requested a room was told only rooms with 1 bed had them. I can't say I fully believe that.
