Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Greenville - Woodruff Road

The hotel is no-frills, but very clean and accommodating. Location was convenient to restaurants, grocery, Costco, and other shopping/gas stations and walkable to a few. The receptionists at check-in were very friendly and most helpful. The breakfast was basic coffee and packaged foods like granola bars, muffins, quick grits/oatmeal. The hotel is pet-friendly and the staff eagerly welcomed our new puppy as their 4-legged guest. Parking was free, easy, and plentiful.

You can easily miss the turn off the main road that takes you to the parking lot--we didn't see hotel signage on the road. Minor traffic noise could be heard in the rooms that face the main road during the brief morning and evening rush hours.

I liked that it was near other stores and restaurants - very convenient. The hotel was clean and safe.

I wish the hotel offered soap & sponge for the dishes. The lady who checked us in wasn’t friendly. She was laughing with other guests but for some reason with my fiancé & I, she wasn’t pleasant. I gave the staff a 10 because she was just 1 person. the person who checked us out, the older cleaning lady & another staff member were super nice that it outweighed the first girl.

They were very accomodating and gave me a room earlier than expected. Also offered me a first floor room since I was traveling with a pet which was appreciated.

While the overall appearance was very clean, ie lobby and room, there was a bit of hair on the nightstand next to my bed, but that is the only small negative I saw, and they did let me check in early so housekeeping may have been a bit rushed.

The staff was amazing. The gentleman who checked us in was super funny and pleasant to chat with. The rooms were very big, and it was a comfy stay.

We did have a small bug crawling on the sink, but I didn’t see anymore. I think it’s just part of the time of year. The only thing I would recommend is putting an entrance sign at the front door. We were confused when we pulled in, since both the front and the back look the same.

The location was great. The room size was good very spacious and the bathroom was good size with a nice sized shower. Very clean and very friendly staff.

The beds weren't too comfortable, but they weren't horrible either. Could be a little softer. Other than that, it was great!

LALA Front Desk Clerk Awesome Friendly. She switched me from 3rd floor to 1st. She showed me how to get window blind close how ac unit work and even brought dishes pillow towels and whatever I needed. Entire front staff great. Room picture on line same in person. Clean sanitize and superb.

To Go Breakfast. Pk Hard Boil Eggs muffins Bananas Yogurt pks of instant grits oatmeal hot chocolate tea instant coffee hot decaf and regular coffee Big creamers pump style.

This met all of our needs for moving from PA to GA with our dogs. Unlike the first hotel we stayed at in VA, this one was better taken care of outside (no dog poops left about everywhere). The staff was really helpful. Would recommend it!

I'm in the middle of moving, repairs are being done to my new home, I have had the opportunity to stay in a few places here in Greenville, but hand down this has been the most pleasant experience I've had, staff, the room, this place is truly Awesome!!!

You can't do anything better

Could of had more options for breakfast. Staff willing to make more coffee even after breakfast. Liked the gym, onsite laundry, detergent and kitchen pots pans and utensils available to use in your room

Wish it had a pool/spa/sauna

On arrival the front desk representative, Miguel, was extremely nice, welcoming and made sure we were comfortable and met all our needs. The rooms were exceptionally clean as well as the lobby and other interior amenities.

The property and amenities were nice. Only downside I can address was the trash in the fenced in area in the back (that may not be part of the property). I did notice a homeless person so we assumed it may have been that or thrown off from the interstate. However, this did not interrupt our stay.
