Hilton Garden Inn Greenville

The Hilton was a great choice for us. our room was very nice, and clean and we had 2 small pets that did great, no messes at all. everything worked great, and I loved having a phone/USB outlets by our beds and on the desk. The shower had good water pressure and we didn’t run out of hot water. Great stay !!

The bathroom sink didn’t have much water pressure, maybe because we were on the 4th floor but it was ok. I still would stay again and I will. The shower had all kinds of pressure.

Hotel was great and staff

Booking.com is TRASH....Not only would it have been cheaper to go through the actual hotel but booking.com customer service is by far the worst... I suggest not going through booking.com and going straight to the source, it's cheaper and way less of a hassle... I paid for 2 nights and only did 1 because of the bad customer service at booking... Their lack of knowledge and giving me the run around was it for me... DONT GO THROUGH BOOKING.COM

Location was great staff was awesome and accommodating, food was excellent, service at the bar/breakfast both ladies were so kind and hospitable I will definitely be back.

There was a smell like animal in the rooms that was real strong. Staff was going to change our rooms for us but we were also given some spray. The jacuzzi was out of order - other than that it was a great stay.

Very clean! Room was very spacious.

I paid for a continental breakfast...thinking it was like other continental breakfasts at other hotels I stayed at. It ended up not having any eggs, meat, potatoes, waffles or pancakes. Then had to order and pay extra for those items previously mentioned. Waitress never came over to see if we wanted to order anything. Just terrible. Left the hotel and got breakfast at Chick-fil-a. I won't pay for that again.

The location was great for eating, shopping and not far from Arena.

Having to pay for parking and at the same time there was no security to protect my vehicle. The price of breakfast and the quality of selections for those that don't eat pork.

The management was exceptionally kind. And our room was spacious and clean.

Breakfast was over at 10 we got there a few min early (9:45). they had started tearing the bar down already. The grits and eggs were hard and lukewarm. I think 10 should mean turn things off at 10

Very clean. Friendly staff. LOVED the blackout curtains. Room was the perfect size for two. Good location to plenty of restaurants and stores. We didn’t try any of the extra amenities while on our stay (pool, hotel bar/restaurant) so can’t comment on those, however the lobby looked very nice and clean. Overall had a great stay and would stay here again.

The bed could’ve been a little more comfy but nothing really to complain about.

room wouldn’t get below 70 degrees and tan wasn’t very powerful. bed was pretty comfortable but the pillows went flat so quickly

The Staff is wonderful. we have been here for almost two weeks waiting for our home to be renovated. the only issue we encountered was on July 4th- no towels- due to short staff, but the staff made up for it accomodating us as much as possible.

Spa not working. Restaurant/bar not open, specific reason we booked. Not their fault no one wants to work. Other than hot tub and bar, excellent place. We live in town and just wanted a getaway- great hotel and will do it again.

Having bar open- at least let us know when booking.
