Arlington Inn

This was a perfect location for our needs. The Inn was walking distance to to the Jet Express and a few restaurants. There is a bar with great entertainment. The view of the lake was great!

Location was everything although for the price, the rooms are outdated.

This hotel was older but was completely booked the whole time we was there. Everyone including staff was very friendly. Everyone seemed to be enjoying their stay in a laid back environment. It was a great location. Walking distance to several area restaurants and bars. Very short walk to Jet Express Ferry. Rooms were older but clean.

We loved the riverfront property, the Bait house and proximity to the pier. Our day was excellent. Then bedtime came and our Queen bed was the size of a double bed and hard like a cement slab. The most uncomfortable motel I have ever experienced. It hurt to lay on my side it was so hard. Needless to say my husband and I got no sleep and that put a damper on the next days activities. I don't think I will stay again in fear of the same thing in another room.

I love the view on the portage river! Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Walking distance to downtown, resteraunts, and the jet express!!!

It didn't bother us at all, but the room is a little dated, but your not spending a high price.

Location was excellent. Can walk to everything. Able to sit outside and look at the water. Good value for the money.

It is a little dated. But clean. Bathroom is small. Lacks electrical outlets. Especially if you need to charge devices.

Breakfast could be a little more,...a bottle of juice and a warm plate of food would have been awesome. Coffee and danish were appreciated, a little more selection would be great in the future

Close to the lake and the view. Also, close to the Jet Express.

Very few amenities in the room. No coffee pot or tea, no phone, very small bathroom.

The water view was excellent! On-call manager was very accommodating when late-night problems arose; she graciously arranged for a room change and physically assisted with moving my belongings to the new room. She also thoroughly examined all the bedding in the new room to ensure my satisfaction and comfort. I liked the decor and older elements of the inn--especially the wood panels of the room and the bathroom's tile and shower! If it ain't broke, don't fix it. :)

Check-in and check-out staff person (the same individual; I checked in around 6pm, and checked out around 10:45am) was not friendly. I would expect the front desk staff to be more pleasant, being the "face" of first impressions. I found this more important than the insect issue that resulted in the room change during the night. Though the room change was momentarily disruptive, the management handled the situation well and humbly.

Everything. The view. The people. The area. Ask the stuff to do!! The light houses. It was calm and relaxed. Love the bar out back with the love music.

Air conditioner leak on the floor. Big wet spot. Magnetic key kept going . Had to have the front desk rescan it several times.

Location was perfect. Walk anywhere and fished next door at Sassy Sals .

Bathroom , nowhere to put beauty aids , etc
